Treatment Decision
I am hoping for some guidance for what to do next for my father. My father is in his early 70s, Gleason 8, PSMA and MRI last year showed no spread, but PSA was rapidly raising. He had an organ transplant years ago, and a small stroke, takes anti seizure medications, and has a walking disability due

To scan or not to scan, that is the question.
I've had my two years on ADT, and now I'm 6 months into my "vacation" (iADT) PSA has hit 2.0, and the plan is to restart ADT when it hits 5.0. Assuming there are no complications, I'm okay with that plan. Also assuming there are no complications, my MO says we won't be doing a PSMA scan, or any radiation

T and PSA levels 6 month post SBRT and 1 month post Orgovyx
Prior to any treatment my PSA was 7.8 and my testosterone was 517. After 9 days of Orgovyx my testosterone was 27.17 At six months post SBRT and 1 month post Orgovyx my PSA is 0.19 and my testosterone is 482. Those numbers look pretty good to me. Stay Strong Brothers.

Tough decision
I've been on AS for 5 years with Moffit had 3 biopsy's all gleason 6 except a second opinion on my first one 2 cores where changed to a 7. PSA has bounced around but highest was 6.43 this April last week 5.13. Because of my recent MRI shows growth on the lesion and possible extracasular extension. So

AMG 509 (Xaluritamig): update on this immunotherapy for mCRPC
They published the first findings on Cancer Discovery. "Efficacy as measured both by PSA and objective response by RECIST were encouraging in this heavily pretreated mCRPC population, and responses occurred with greater frequency in the higher-dose cohorts. PSA declines were seen starting with 0.1 mg

Triple therapy?
sorry, sorry, sorry. In the more detailed history in profile I got an important number wrong. Last PSA was 0.103, NOT 0.01! So sorry to have messed up!

Finished my second treatment last week. My PSA went from 10 to22 after the first round. Today after the second round it dropped to 15. Anyone else have a jump after the first treatment and then continued to decline for the remaining treatments. I have failed chemo and xtanti and have read that

Anyone else suffering arm pains in conjunction with ADT hot flashes?
Ever since commencing ADT (Decapeptyl 11.5mg) following recurrent PCa in 2022 I've been getting muscle pain in both arms. It always commences simultaneously with the onset of hot flashes. The pain courses down both arms from the shoulder to the backs of my hands. It's not too severe and each bout only

Help me juggle SOC and my anxiety

PMR or PsA or both
I'm on prednisone since last April and have managed to get down from 35 to 10 mg with a few minor flares. My Rheumatologist thinks it could be PMR or PsA or both. Can't get a definite answer. It started overnight after a fall I had. Now I wake up really achy all over and after about an hour feel fine

what now failed R223
‘what now’ failed R223 My husband this week because of low Hb 83 had a blood transfusion + iron infusion. He has suffered ‘Proctitis’ rectal bleeding since having radiotherapy 2019 and although complaining to Oncologist, GP, Gastroenterologist had endoscopy (found Barrett’s disease and has difficulty
