I was wondering if this is a concerning trend.

October 2024 will be year 3.

Nothing like the valleys and peaks in my graph..... diagnosis 7 years ago at 425 went down to 0.1 in a few months of ADT then up to 2000 after a two year lupron holiday!

If your figures are still going north and you are still receiving treatment, I would look at the doubling time from your peaks and troughs it looks like you are unfortuntely still going north is this PSA or Testosterone - you are still under your Normal range of 4.5 though ? kindest Raoul

Seems like you are trending higher. I would discuss this with your oncologist and come up with a plan.
