Last cycle with own eggs
Hi my warriors, I'm just beginning meds for my last ivf cycle using my own eggs. I had a double miscarriage last year (losing one at 12 weeks) with my last cycle and an early miscarriage 3 years before when trying naturally. How do people stay positive on this incredibly difficult journey? I'm absolutely

partner advice
I'm going through a pretty rough time after my first failed fet. My partner didn't want to do ivf in the first place and blames me for our loss in August 2022. I lost my daughter when I was 21 weeks pregnant due to what they think was cervical thinning on it's own. My partner says I should have been

Confused about AMH and letrozole/trigger and IVF
Hi, I have a history of early miscarriages. Under recurrent miscarriage clinic, I am told to take progesterone and aspirin from positive results, and clexane from 6 week scan. I've not had any medicine under previous pregnancies that led to miscarriages. I also have very low AMH. Experts have said usually

Post FET failure, how to recover
Hi Everyone My first post here, I know many women come here with search of information and positive news. I would appreciate some help. I've had my third failed Donor egg and embryo FET failure. It's been traumatic six years, prior to this I had three failed egg collections before moving to DE. We've

Essential oils and IVF
Hello, I've recently been making efforts to free my home as far as possible from environmental toxins in preparation for my next round of IVF, the book 'It starts with the egg' recommends not using plastics with BPA etc and also using fragrance free products like hand soap etc, I ordered alot of products

Advice for managing adenomyosis
Hello fellow IVF warriors 💗 I wondered if anyone can give me some advice on how to manage adenomyosis whilst going through IVF? A bit of background on me: I started the IVF process in May 2022 after a year and half of trying naturally for our second child, who would be a sibling to our baby

2WW Third round IVF for baby no. 2 🤞🏻🙏🏻
Hi ladies, been a while since I’ve posted on here. We have a wonderful 3 year old daughter from a successful FET at the end of 2019 and we’ve been trying since our daughter was a year old and no luck. we weren’t going to try IVF and let nature take its course but after a chemical pregnancy last September

Acrylic nails
We are hopefully starting IVF very soon with Create fertility. I always have my nails done but I’m reading mixed experiences about whether I can have them on during egg collection/transfer. Has anyone had treatment with Create and can tell me whether they would have to be removed or not? Thanks in

Going to puncture with 5 follicles 😔
Yesterday, my ultrasound showed 3 follicles at one side and 2 follicles on the other. I expect the new IVF round puncture to be within 10 days. In my earlier puncture there were 13 follicles, only 3 embryos grew up and gone... I wonder should I expect any success with 5 follicles 🙄 I am even wondering

Cycle after failed IVF
Looking for some advice from people who have had a failed fresh IVF cycle. We did not have any embryos to freeze so we are back to the drawing board which for now is focusing on our health and not thinking about TTC for a few months. I am currently cycle day 17 and have still not ovulated. Has anyone

IVF (ICSI) Cycle 1
So i'm currently 3DP5DT - absolutely trying to be positive but couldn't believe how quickly the egg numbers disappear. My AMH is 5pmol so i was put on high dose of Meriofert and Ganerilix. On my day 8 scan they saw 10 follicles, 4 of which were at the right size - they advised me to trigger that evening

CoQ10
I started 600mg of CoQ10 in November - I know eggs are created 3 months before they are released so it's unlikely that my January IVF cycle seen any benefit of the supplement. I take 2 x 300mg with my dinner. I'm wondering should I be splitting the dose and having 300mg in the morning and 300mg in

Varicocele surgery or continue with IVF?
My partner (32M) and I (32F) are supposed to be starting IVF in 4 weeks. We're in the UK and this will be our only NHS funded round, after this we'd have to self-fund. However, this morning he was told he has a grade 2 bilateral varicocele. This is really frustrating because this is the second test
