Scared and feel defeated already re IVF
Hi all, I know this sounds bad but I’m currently going through a IVF and I’m just so worried it’s not going to work for me. I am trying to remain positive but my mind is in a dark place and it’s taken over. I don’t know what I’m going to do if it fails or I have a miscarriage I just feel so drained.

After how many years does this change you permanently?
We started trying in Feb 2020. In Sept 2020 I got a bit concerned and had a set of basic tests done on NHS. In March 2021 had a hycosy privately and got pregnant following month but miscarried. Everyone said don’t worry, you’ll fall again soon. In Sept 2021 got pregnant and miscarried again.

Reasons for choosing fresh vs frozen donor egg IVF
Hi Whilst I am not quite at the stage of using donor eggs, I am slowly making movements toward it as it is a fairly likely next move for me if frozen embryo fails. That said I understand you can opt for a batch of frozen eggs or choose a fresh supply where your cycle is coincided with your donor's.

No appetite
I have been living with diabetes type 2 for almost 14 years, I’m around 8 stones, I went through IVF beginning of December and didn’t work, since then I have been sick, had flu twice, now is blocked nose and sore throat, can’t sleep, have no appetite, I get hungry, but don’t feel like eating anything

Assured fertility.. any experiences/dealing with that people would be willing to share...
I'm a single female currently paying for IUI with my clinic but considering going onto IVF if my 3rd IUI is not successful. Assured fertility costs are cheaper than my clinic and there does seems a few catches to the 100% refund plan aswell as the multicycle plan. Has anyone had experience with Assured

Advice on next steps - 2 failed natural IUIs, 1 more to go.... experiences/thoughts appreciated
I'm completing IUI as a single female, soon to turn 35. My consultant suggested 3 natural IUI and 3 unmediated. I have completed 2 IUIs, first one I started bleeding 9 days after IUI, second was 12 days after IUI but I was convinced I was pregnant and it was going right, will sound like a symptom spotting

Granocyte protocol- any experience?
Hi all. I'm about to start my 7th round of IVF, my 3rd with donor eggs. I have one frozen embryo left. 2 cycles I had nothing to transfer, I've had 4 failed to implant and also a mc from a natural conception. My clinic has tried prednisolone, tacrolimus, IVIG as well as clexane and aspirin. They now

what’s a realistic timeline from failed IVF to FET on the NHS? I think I’m looking at 8-9 months?

Making decision to stop IVF
Hi everyone, I've reached a point where I'm 95% likely not to continue with IVF and wondered at what point others may decide it's time to stop IVF? After 6 egg collections over the last 18 months, culminating in one failed FET, I only ever managed to create one blastocyst, which is what I have just

Prostap - FET
Hi all Today I had my prostap injection in preparation for my FET. However I’ve been having slight cramps which I thought is probably due to my period being 5 days away (this will probably be delayed due to Prostap) but now I’m worrying because we had intercourse on 22nd Dec which would have been just

Cupping before and after FET??
Hi fellow ivf warriors, I'm embarking on my 1st FET next month and just wondering if cupping is recommended before and after the transfer. I know most people recommend sessions of accupunture before and after the transfer but wasn't sure this also applied to cupping too? Thanks

My story | Sending love to you all 🤍
Dear all, Will be starting IVF treatment as soon as my AF arrives in January, it should be around January 1st (lucky me). I have a story of unexplained fertility, I had a miscarriage 10 years ago and I have never fallen pregnant again. The relationship ended and so my dreams of becoming a mother.

Gaia fertility funding- thoughts?
Hi all, i havent posted in a while. Have taken some time off since our last round failed to get my head together and enjoy Christmas! However as soon as Christmas was over, my brain went into ‘ivf overdrive’ and here I am looking at financial options once more. I was wondering if anyone has used Gaia

Getting ready for transfer today - Please send your best wishes
Hi everyone - how are the holidays going! Today is my transfer day and I am getting ready to leave for my appointment. I am trying to be very positive and optimistic but still feeling very scared as this is my 4th IVF cycle. It’s an FET this time so I’m praying that does the magic. Holding on to hope

Any advice. Feeling overwhelmed and don’t know where to go next
Hi everyone, hope the Christmas period has been okay for everyone. Such an intense time of year! I’m looking for some advice… I’ve just had my second failed round of IVF and I’m not sure what to do next. I have a follow up consultation in a couple of weeks and want to make sure I ask all the right questions

Clinic recommendations
Hi everyone, hope you’re all having a very happy Christmas! I am looking for some recommendations for our next and likely final go at ivf. I am 41 next week, have very low AMH due to stage 4 endometriosis and high fsh and only one Fallopian tube. We did a few tries last year but never got to collection
