Help with iron results - follow up from 3 arrows nutra
Hi everyone, I did an iron panel and I’m quite amazed with my ferritin level. I have been lax with my iron supps since going to T3 only and thought I would definitely have ranked my previously low results. To my disbelief, my ferritin is the highest I’ve ever seen it! I was previously taking the 3 arrows

COPD and Radiation for Breast Cancer
I am trying to find information on the potential effects on my existing COPD if I have radiation therapy for breast cancer. I am being treated at a top cancer center in the US and they definitely promote lumpectomy plus radiation over mastectomy. I am almost 70 years old and a widow, and I really don't

Senior lady bleeding after restarting HRT
Hi. This must seem a strange story. I have a history of severe endometriosis but I am now 75 and restarted HRT patches about six months ago for bone protection as I am on steroids. I had a 7 year break because my GP wanted me off HRT because of the research. I had no problems with HRT and wish I had

Ferrous Fumerate and pre-existing Reflux
Any tips on how to take ferrous ferritin when you are already prone to reflux (for which I take a PPI)? Urgent help needed. Extremely severe RLS, cannot identify cause.
It's so goddamn severe that at this point, I either have the most severe case of RLS in medical history or it's something else. I rate it 9 on the severity scale. Did every possible test related to RLS (iron, vitamin D, etc) except for for transferrin saturation and serum iron because it wasn't available
