First Time Post: Diagnosed Hypothyroidism but suspected Hashimoto’s, also diagnosed coeliac disease.
Currently on 100mcg daily of Levo (brand accord). For the last month the pharmacy switched the brand to Teva and I reacted really badly to it, so I’m back on accord. Recent blood test results below, tested at 8am, no meds/supplements that day and only water consumed before hand. No B vits for 1 week

Cold water on leg
I had total knee replacement on my left knee 3 months ago. I still have fluid and pain. My leg has always had vericous veins. I am now getting the cold water down that leg and it looks like a dark rash is starting from knee down on back.

Latest blood results. Help please
Hi, I just had my tests done yesterday 8am Last levo taken 28h before and last vit D about 18h before. Everyone always talks about the tsh levels but are my T4 and T3 correct? I can tell that I'm overmedicated now so likely to be put back on 50/75 mcg alternate days. I've been on 75 x 6 and 100 x 1 since

Am I overmedicated? Advice sought please
I was diagnosed hypothyroid in December 2021 and have been taking 100mcg Levothyroxine daily since. My GP blood test result after 6 weeks commencing medication: TSH 0.9 (0.1 0 - 4.0) Free T4 23.2 (9 - 22) My GP text me to say my dose of thyroxine is right as my TSH is back to normal and should repeat

Soreness post hysterectomy
Hi there, I had a total hysterectomy due to severe endometriosis 4 weeks ago, the operation was apparently quite difficult and 5 hours long, I also lost a lot of blood (sorry to be graphic) My surgeon managed however to do it keyhole which was great, as I was expecting open surgery. I’m doing ok and

HER2+ - Post treatments
Hi All, I've finished my treatments for HER2+ breast cancer (Chemo & Double Mastectomy). And am told I just need to visit my oncologist twice a year. However, I've been hearing that some ladies are given post treatment medication as a preventive measure such as Nerlynx. Does anyone have advise on

How to manage Xeloda?
I was diagnosed with MBC in March this year. I had a mastectomy 5 years ago and was on a maintenance dose of Anastrozole. I am HR negative. When diagnosed I was given radiation for tumour activity in my sternum and a combination of Fulvestrant injections and kisqali medication. I had lesions on the liver

"Low oxalate" may be the only true solution
Before you read the following please take a moment and imagine how frustrating it is for someone to have figured out a non-medical treatment for RLS and then had very little luck getting anybody to listen to him. Increased tumor marker after radiotherapy
Afternoon all, I am currently on ibrance 75mg and letrozole. I had a mastectomy in June and radiotherapy which ended 20th August. On 20/8 my tumor marker was steadily going down to 41 but has now gone up to 51. Am somewhat anxious, could the radiotherapy have caused the marker to rise? Any comments gratefully
