Tired of being tired?
just need encouragement to get out of this downward cycle. I used to be quite active to keep my MS at bay (lots of intensive yoga, exercise at home...). I stopped for hip surgery and have not been able to get back to the workout routine. It has decreased my ability to fight MS fatigue for sure. This

pacemaker and air pods
Does anyone have any experience with Apple Air Pods and their pacemaker. I’m going to have valve replacement surgery and my daughter thought they would be good for me. I was given Bluetooth ear phones before, to use with the TV but couldn’t use them, i kept getting static like noise through them, but

GnRH analogues
Hi all, I am due to be starting injectable GnRH analogues soon alongside a HRT, dose anyone have any advice/ guidance on them and their side effects and management? In the past I have had Nafarelin (Synarel). The plan is to have these before surgery as NHS wait is 50 weeks where I am. Thanks

Can people with hypothyroidism suffer with sweats and heat intolerance?
Before I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and put on medication, I suffered with dreadful sweating for years; eating hot food or drinks would being it on as would housework and sitting in a stuffy office environment. This would be the type that would soak on hair and clothing. For a long time I thought

back again - people saying I have thyroid issues - I don’t know what to do?
people keep saying my mood etc could be thyroid related and weight gain. here are my trackers of thyroid… I’ll post the rest below this. I don’t know what to do as I think my HRT is doing this. GPs won’t listen. I have no relationship with them at all. What are your thoughts?

Endo back after surgical menopause - anyone else?
It's a long story so I shall keep it short - I had TLH/BSO with excision at a BSGE centre in 2017, putting me in surgical meno. Things were generally OK for a while but about 18 months ago I started to get symptoms again (pain, cystitis, then the unpredictable guts started). Gave up on the wait for an

Levothyroxine - anxiety , chronic fatigue, HRT and eating disorder - does anyone else have these symptoms ?
hi thyroiders - I am yo-yoing from extreme anxiety to extreme fatigue . I am getting really low thoughts as I can’t sustain a relationship - I can barely look after my children and they live with me half the time. I feel so afraid as over the last 16 years this is getting worse and worse Just started

Am I going mad?
Hi! I've had so much helpful information from this forum and made copious notes over the last few weeks, I was determined I could get by without asking for help, but no. I'm so upset, after what I've decided is my last visit to the GP as I'm fed up of being fobbed off and coming out like a gibbering

surgical menopause
hi! What are your thoughts on including progesterone in your hrt regime if you are in surgical menopause and previously had severe endo? My hysterectomy included endo excision by an endo specialist. Is it necessary?

drenching night sweats
I have been on Hrt for 6 years but drs found a brain tumour last year...it was removed but I have to stop my hrt as the tumour could come back as it feeds on estrogen. I am about to stop the patches after halving them for 2 months. I am having terrible drenching sweats and my legs are so painful and

How long would it take HRT to worsen RLS?
Having had very mild RLS for a number of years it worsened dramatically in Feb 2020. In Jun this year I increased by HRT and am experiencing an escalation in my RLS symptoms and so now I’m wondering if my starting it in May 2019 could’ve been the original trigger for them worsening - is it possible
