I was in this position last year! Couldn't decide what to do. I went with taking it. As I was told that as far as the eye could see they ahd removed everything. But just in case there was anything left.

I only take a small dose of progesterone. But it's an absolute minefield!

Good luck!

Hi, I’m in the same situation I’ve had a total hysterectomy because of endo. I have been taking progesterone but can’t tolerate it very well, it gives me bad acid reflux I have been advised to try it vaginally, which I’m going to do tonight and see how I feel on it. I really don’t want to get more endo. Good luck.
