Back home & overthinking
After 12 days in hospital I am back home. I now have to wear morphine patches, (butec), take oramorph, cyclizine and various other medication. I've started my prostap injections so I'm mindful of monitoring my mood. I take HRT gel and tablets. It's a drain. So I decided not to to with the emergency

From age 15 (I'm 32 now) I had terrible period pain, to the point I was bedridden some days and missing school, which

Introduction and help navigating our NHS for Thyroid hormone replacement. Tips and support needed as it's a very tricky business.
Hi everyone. Been on my autoimmune thyroid journey for a few years now, was on 125mcg teva for a while, this dose almost suppressed the tsh, lowest was 0.003, it did however rise to 0.03. Gp reduced dose to 100mcg and TSH has now risen to 2.1. However (my bio gives loads of symptoms) I'm feeling steadily

Pharmacophobia and severe depression and anxiety
I have been suffering with pharmocophobia ( the fear of taking medicine) for 10 years , I'm going through the change of life so my hormones are off making my depression and anxiety even worse. I'm falling apart daily and can't do anything since I'm given medication and hrt but can't take it regularly

HRT with APS and Lupus
I was wondering if anyone takes HRT that has APS and or Lupus. I’m in blood thinners and on immune suppression drugs and also had a stroke so I’m not sure if this would be something I could take. Experiencing very low moods and crying a lot so thinking I’m peri menopausal. Thanks

negative antibodies
Hi. I’m wondering what you should test or look out for if you have negative antibodies for hypothyroid whilst having a higher TSH number? I get my bloods done every 4 months. The TSH is high, but not high enough to be medicated for (in the UK). I get my bloods done by the nurse and there’s no chat with

Change to medication
Hi everyone, I have been taking 150mg of thyroxine for over 10 years. At the beginning of the year, I spoke to my doctor because my fatigue was increasing, I didn't feel like myself, and I was having heavy periods. I thought I was starting to become perimenopausal. The doctor said I was depressed
