Referral to Professor Siobhan Quenby for RIF
Hi all, This is my first time posting after joining this community a couple of months ago. I was wondering if anyone had been referred by their GP to the implantation clinic at Coventry Hospital with Professor Siobhan Quenby. If so, how long did the referral take and what sort of tests do they

When to move to donor eggs?
Hi everyone, I’m on my third cycle of IVF with my own eggs. I have pretty low AMH (9) and although I’ve had 10 eggs from cycle 1&2 just one embryo that tested abnormal, so quality is an issue too. no probs with my partner. My third cycle is following a similar path to the last one; small number

Success stories needed
Hi all! Really needing to hear some success stories 🤞🤞🤞 if anyone is willing to share theirs? We originally got pregnant in 2018 which ended in miscarriage at 12 weeks. We then couldn’t conceive and started IVF in 2021 (COVID held us back). Our first cycle produced 2 embryos. The fresh transfer worked

Bowel endometriosis and IVF
hi all I have been diagnosed with endometriosis via an MRI last March, it was described as recto-vaginal and deep infiltrating. To treat I would need a laparoscopy. My gynaecologist (who did a lap on my sister leading to my niece being born) and my IVF consultant recommended that given my age (38

Steroids/treatments for Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS)?
hi there, I’ve unfortunately had 5 miscarriages (mix of IVF and natural), mostly chemical pregnancies. In between the miscarriages I was diagnosed with Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) which is a leading cause of recurrent miscarriages. The haematologists put me on daily Clexane injections and low dose

it’s been 5 months since my failed IVF cycle and no word of any chance of trying again! You’ve got my life in your hands and you are holding my little embryo hostage in the freezer!

Cervical Ectropion
Hi all, I'm 9 weeks pregnant with twins via ivf. For the past few weeks I've had some on and off spotting, mostly brown however a few days ago I had some bright red bleeding and mild cramping. Went to the early pregnancy unit who said both babies are doing fine and couldn't find a cause for the bleeding

Beginning our journey . . .
Hello all! We're very much looking at the beginning of our IVF journey, and are feeling a little nervous and overwhelmed right now. I'm 36 and my partner is 38. We have been trying for a few years, with increasing 'focus' on the actual trying; from just not being careful, to more active cycle tracking

Infertility clinic no help at all!
So I posted on here before about having an ovarian cyst removed last year and the surgeon doing the dye test at the same time and finding endometriosis. Just wanted to get down in words how let down I feel by the follow up I've just had! So he told me the day after my surgery that he found pelvic endometriosis

Anyone with endo going through IVF/DEIVF?
I was diagnosed with stage 4 endo back in jan 2015. Since then we went through IVF in early 2020 and had complications with egg collection puncturing my endo cyst and causing an infection that spread to my bowels. Long story short I had to have a stoma for 2 and a half years and removal of my ovary,

Hello, I have been recommended duo stim with mild/natural modified IVF by a fertility specialist and need some help deciding on a (or even finding the right ) clinic. Both duo stim and mild IVF seem appropriate given my age (41) and AMH levels. I can't find many clinics that do this. So far I have

Polypoid Endometrium? Anyone?
Happy Saturday everyone!.. I had a 3D saline scan during an IVF cycle and the consultant said he could see no scarring, no polyps or fibroids. During the scan, he said there was some lining irregularity but it was within the normal range. But he could see nothing that would cause pregnancy loss. Anyway

Hey all! This is my first IVF cycle, on 9dp3dt of a fresh embryo. Have been feeling good up until now, although a little tired but now have gone from severe constipation to diarrhoea and vomiting (weirdly the last 2 mornings at 4am/4:30am). Every part of me aches and I’m struggling to eat with the

Embryo transport
I’m looking into moving embryos between two clinics in the UK. Been through a lot for these, and the thought of anything happening to them is unthinkable. Apparently couriers aren't checked/ regulated (which blows my mind) so reviews mean a lot, and for some reason I haven't been able to find many online
