rectal pressure 5+3 weeks pregnant

hi

im currently 5+3 after fresh ivf cycle. I was diagnosed with late onset ohss and have been in a lot of pain and discomfort since march 26th. Since around 3-4am this morning ive had what i can only describe as rectal pressure and it has shifted much since. Im currently on cyclogest pessaries and lubion injections and i know progesterone can cause Constipation but im not constipated but it almost feels like i am so I can’t even put the pain down to that. Im also having mild tummy cramps, upper backache and muscle cramps in arms and legs. The good news is im having absolutely no bleeding whatsoever.

I had an ectopic pregnancy in july 2022 but because my hcg was doubling normally as of Tuesday april 4th my fertility consultant and the EPAU consultant said they’re happy for me to wait for my scan on April 24th. I don’t know if im reading to much into every twinge due to my past experience.

Hoping everything has settle down Keep drinking plenty of fluids - and maybe try gentle rolling from side to side with knees drawn up while in bed - may help trapped wind
