I’m looking into moving embryos between two clinics in the UK. Been through a lot for these, and the thought of anything happening to them is unthinkable. Apparently couriers aren't checked/ regulated (which blows my mind) so reviews mean a lot, and for some reason I haven't been able to find many online, esp for 'IVF Couriers'.
My clinic suggested four companies, and these two look the most promising, but any more info or experiences (positive or negative) would be really helpful.

Hi Genila I have moved embroys twice and both times I used a conpany called EmbryoPort and I had absolutely no problems they were very professional and notify you once the embroys have been collected and transported to the new clinic. I hope this helps.
hi Genila, i have used Embryport and it was a very smooth and professional process and approach. They had availability of slot immediately and reached out to both clinics in no time. Maintained direct communication via email and kept me included in all their emails to the clinics which made me feel secure and informed for every step and no need to follow up individually. I was worried how it will happen during the day of the transfer but they kept sending info and pics via whatsapp which was a relief as it was our last embryo. If knew what I know now, I would have worried less …
hi lovely, you can actually transport them yourself too. You just need the cold container - we paid loads to get them transported between NHS and private clinic and it turns out that the receptionist actually picked them up and took them on the bus!
We moved our very last embryo (no more donor sperm left) and ended up doing it ourselves. The clinic we moved to allowed us to borrow the shipper for free and when we costed it all up it was cheaper to just do it in our car. Obviously I don't know your mileage involved but worth looking into. Not to say it wasn't nerve wracking in its own right but felt nice to be in control.
