Clinic recommendations for low AMH/ poor reaction to stimms / recurrent miscarriage
Hi everyone I’ve just finished my 3rd IVF cycle this week and we are waiting to see if our 1 embryo will make it to blastocyst. I have low AMH (6.2pmol or 0.86ng) and been having poor reaction to stimms. So far we haven’t got any frozen embryos as we are PGT-A testing them due to recurrent miscarriages

reoccurrent miscarriage & endo
Hi all. I had a laparoscopy last week, I was lucky as it was only one month after suspecting I could have endo. Although I think it was the cause of my 6 miscarriages and 2 failed ivf attempts. I’m feeling pretty enraged that not one of the 5 fertility doctors I’ve seen suggested it could be endo, even

When is it enough?
hi everyone. I’m struggling. I saw our consultant this week following our most recent EC. We have 3 PGTA normal embryos from it which we did not expect (for context, we got 9 embryos from our first two rounds and only one was PGTA normal. Transfer of that one failed in July). I was so happy with getting

I was due to have my 12 week scan on Monday, then this morning had some dark brown discharge… after calling EPAU and no appointments till tomorrow I booked a private scan asap. They could fit me in at lunchtime… and I got told there’s no heartbeat. Fetus measuring 8 weeks so it’s a missed miscarriage

Azoospermia and microTese
Hello everyone, Has anyone done microTese at UCLH hospital (London)? My partner will have his surgery in April and we would like to hear good stories (if possible 💪) also if anyone got prescribed specific vitamins/medicine to take! Unfortunately as NHS doesn't want to freeze my eggs, I can't go and

Low Ovarian Reserve - IVF experience
Hello Everyone, I'm 33 years old and have been trying to conceive for about a year and a half. I was diagnosed with 1.06 low ovarian reserve which is low for my age. They rushed me into IVF for two cycles in a row. first cycle was a total of 5 fertilized eggs and 1 embryo on the 5th day. The second

3 rounds of ivf and only 2 3BC's. Not sure what to do next?
I have had three rounds of ivf (two stimulated, one natural) and only got 2 3-day 3BC embryos, neither of which stuck. (Solo journey so donor sperm). I am not sure what actions or steps to take next? I am 42/43yrs old and feel like my chances are all about to fall off a cliff. I have been doing acupuncture

Irregular menstrual cycles after IVF
Hi, Has any one experienced a change in their menstrual cycles since undergoing IVF treatment? I use to have a regular cycle which would last around 23-26 days, and bleeding up to 7 days. My cycle's are much shorter now at 21 days and bleeding between 3-5 days. This sudden shift in my cycle has made

Graves disease
Hi I have Graves disease (an autoimmune disorder) and am worried I should be looking into this side of things more, when going through IVF. Has anyone else got Graves disease and did you do anything differently than the 'regular' IVF patient? Thanks

Stopping IVF Meds. Fear is causing a lot of stress.
Hi ladies, I had my 12 week scan on Tuesday and everything looked great. Placenta was seen (albeit on the front as opposed to back). My IVF clinic told me to stop meds and on the day of scan the midwife said it was fine to stop as well. I’m just so worried about it! On the day of transfer my progesterone

1st results since starting Levo - dose advice and restarting IVF
Morning everyone 🙂 Yesterday I had my 1st endo follow up after starting Levo 6 weeks ago. Some of you may remember my IVF was abruptly cancelled when we discovered I was hashi hypo. I am shocked at the results in 6 weeks. Endo has advised to maintain 75 dose but I have swung a bit out of range

IVF abroad experiences/ costs/ countries
Hi all, I'm hoping to continue my journey abroad as I feel the UK is too expensive for me and this will likely be my 2nd and last round of IVF. Can anyone share their experience with me? Especially in terms of countries, clinics, prices here v abroad. Really keen to hear from those of you who used

Any recommended doctor at London women’s clinic Harley street or any experience of this clinic/access fertility program?
Hi all my lovely ladies, I got my negative result yesterday and had period today. Very stressful as I didn’t tell my friends or family about the IVF journey, partner not very talkative just silently do what he needs to do, not much conversation between us. I always plan and make decisions and he cooperate

Egg Donor babies
Hi We have our initial consultation booked with our clinic in early Jan. Very excited as we feel this is our route to having our 2nd baby and longed for sibling of our DD who was conceived in round 2 of 5 IVF cycles. We are using Beacon CARE Fertility in Dublin (we are based in Belfast) and wondered

Donor eggs
Hello, Recently me and my husband went to a fertility clinic abroad to investigate the cause of recurrent failure implantation. I had 3 IVF fresh cycles and 1 frozen transfer. Our genetic test results came back good but my AMH is very low (0.26- I am 41 years old). Doctor explanation for the failure

NORETHISTERONE
Has anyone taken NORETHISTERONE prior to starting ivf? I took it on my first cycle for 7 days from day 19.I am wondering if I can start it on day 18 instead, that would mean my period would start before my clinic closes for a few days around the new year. I have already missed 1 month due to Christmas

Clinics North Cyprus
hello everyone, I’m looking at a few clinics in North Cyprus that people would recommend who are friendly, fairly smaller clinic who take care of patients not just money & just another number. Please PM me your thoughts & any success stories using donor eggs & partner sperm or the tandem cycle in Cyprus

PGT-A testing- what if no good embryos?
Hi all, I hope you're all as well as you can be. I had an egg collection last Friday and we will be PGT-A testing any viable embryos on advice of our consultant as we already have had two miscarriages and two failed FET cycles, plus three failed IUI cycles. We'll be getting an update from the embryologist
