Bleeding at 9 weeks pregnant
Hi, I am pregnant after multiple rounds of IVF. I had some brown bleeding at 5 weeks pregnant but all was fine in my 7 week scan, saw baby's heartbeat and he/she growing well. I had a small amount of watery dark red blood today at 8 weeks 6 days pregnant, which is now brownish discharge, not enough to

Bleed after failed cycle
We had our first IVF cycle which unfortunately was unsuccessful. I was spotting for a few days before our tests which were both negative but have been bleeding for 6 days now, and I feel it’s getting heavier than lighter. My normal bleeds are 3-4 days max and I’m done, I am assuming lining is thicker

Running out of time...advice welcome
Hi all - I just turned 44 last week and have had a negative result (after 2WW) this morning. I started my solo journey in 2019 and was told to go find a sperm donor/straws in Feb 2020...and COVID really mucked that up. I finally managed 2xICI in 2022 - one chemical, the other resulted in nothing. I started

NHS IVF refused due to low AMH
Hi, we have been refused for IVF on NHS for my low AMH which come back at 1.25pmol/L (0.18ng/ml) and had to be a minimum of 5.4pmol/L. She also mentioned that my iron levels were high and didn’t ask if this could cause low AMH due to the upset. Do you think these could be related? She said the chance

Do I really want a second baby at 40/41?
Our story is a bit of a complex one. We need to do IVF in order to conceive. We were very lucky as we had our daughter from our first round when I was 37. But for our second, we have had 3 failed rounds so far. Im now 40 and I wonder if I should keep trying. If we keep trying and are successful on

IVF Cycle Failure/Fertility Diet
Hi - my first cycle of IVF has resulted in a negative pregnancy test. I had 10 follicles, 6 eggs retrieved, 3 mature, 2 fertilised & 1 early blastocyst which was transferred. I was on 450iu Meriofert with Ganerilix. If your first cycle failed what did you change for the second? I'm due to go again

More pessimistic this cycle-tips for staying sane?
Hi, I appreciate I am not in a position to complain or panic at all because for IVF #2 things are actually going pretty well. And yet I'm far more anxious than I was for my first cycle. As a bit of background I got 15 eggs for IVF#1 and 13 fertilised. My clinic didn't do Day 3 updates so I excitedly

More tests/ moving clinic / Dr.Shehata
So an update: After another failed implantation in Dec I’ve just had my follow up consultation with my clinic. I really like the consultant, she works both nhs & private. I think she works at the Lister , so I may follow her there. She has also recommended the fertility clinic at UCLH London .

Feeling so deflated
Sorry to complain but am just feeling so lost with all this TTC stuff. Been trying now for 5 years and just recovering from my 2nd missed miscarriage (just a sac, no yolk sac or embryo seen). My previous missed miscarriage was the same, didn't get past 5/6 weeks with nothing in the sac. I've also had

Hi all , i hope you're well and keeping hopeful and strong at whatever stage you are in your journeys. 9DPFET still waiting
Hello ladies I had my transfer on 2/5. (First IVF cycle). I had a failed IUI in September 2023 without explanation. I am currently in my 2WW and I’ve had cramps(stomach pulling), worse at night & nausea here and there. I was extremely tired within the first week but this week I’ve been feeling okay

Back to back pick-up cycles- any thoughts?
Hi all, I'm 37, and had my IVF pick-up on 4th Feb. Got only 2 Blastocysts, so been advised another round of pick-up. My doctor says I can do it right away (short protocol starting Day 2 of periods I'm expecting any day now), but a friend who has gone through something similar says her doctor advised

Hi all, Do you have any recommendation for an acupuncture practitioner in Bristol? I already know the one on Alma Road but that was for another heatlh purpose so I would appreciate any feedback you have on whether they are good for IVF matters, or if you have any other recommendation? I am in East

Last cycle with own eggs
Hi my warriors, I'm just beginning meds for my last ivf cycle using my own eggs. I had a double miscarriage last year (losing one at 12 weeks) with my last cycle and an early miscarriage 3 years before when trying naturally. How do people stay positive on this incredibly difficult journey? I'm absolutely
