D3
1000mg/880iu chewable tablets. They contain less calcium than the adcal. Does anyone else have this one. I haven’t seen it mentioned on here. I have read that it is better to take 500mg twice a day for better absorption.

My latest blood test result for Vit D is not as high as I want it to be: 63nmol/L( 30.0 - 200) Result guideline says >50: replete However, with muscle and joint pain being a problem for me I would appreciate recommendations for dose needed to raise it.At the moment I have a supply of vitamin D 3 ( 4000IU

This is working for us! Want to help someone else if this story looks similar to your child or teen
I am posting this because there has to be someone else out there this may help. I have hope right now for my teen and I want to share this. I can't tell you how happy I am right now. We still have a long road I'm sure, and we have had a tremendous number of ups and downs over the years. We tried everything

PMR 101
Good Morning All I was lucky enough to be able to attend the meeting @ Artizan Library yesterday in London and learned lots from Dr Kate Gilbert. Glad to hear PMR & GCA are becoming of interest to researchers. I think some well known celeb or royal needs to get it for it to become a fashionable disease

Severe fatigue and brain fog destroying my life
Hello friends, I have been dealing with these same issues for far too long! Little long, but here goes: Starting when I was 16, I woke up one day and noticed I was a little tired for some odd reason. I have been tired ever since that day. I am currently a 23 year old otherwise healthy male. Not

Thyroid Medication
I have bee on medication for hypothyroidism for many years. I take Levothyoxine. Recently I was diagnosed with borderline osteoporosis. I take vitamin D3, but would like to take D3K2 to help with the osteoporisis, but wanted to make sure it would not negate or adversely effect my thyroid medicine.

HIFU and Metabolic Control
Good day fellow brothers and sufferers. This is my first post and my story. I am in the UK, so all of my treatment, whatever it entails is totally free of charge, so cost has no part to play in my treatment choice. I am 68 years old. In February 2018 I had a routine PSA – came back at 4.8ng/ml UK units

Concerns over sumatriptan and other triptans - hormonal migraines
I was at the doctors recently regarding bloods taken for low Vitamin D3, whilst at my appointment this new doctor asked about my migraines and why I took sumatriptan, I explained that I have been getting migraines since 2005, they used to be much worse about 20 a month and I am now usually mid cycle,

Best place to buy Doctor's Best Vitamin D3
Someone please tell me the cheapest way of buying Vitamin D3 - cheapest when buying in bulk. I have been told in the past - I've bought it in the past - but after searching my past orders, bank statements, and threads on here, I cannot find the retailer I used. I've been taking Doctor's Best as it worked

Vitamin D and hashimotos
Hello I have been diagnosed with a 37 nmol/L think that's right here in the UK Vitamin D level . My levels dropped from 54 nmol/L last july. Ranges here are 50- 75nmol/L I've been advised to buy my own vitamin D which I'm ok with but as I have hashimotos and eat gluten free on medical advice I don't

vascular calcification
I recently had XRays taken as I have osteoarthritis and one of the comments made in the report was that I had marked vascular calcification in one of my ankles. My rheumatologist has not contacted me about this and I am wondering if some action needs to be taken as I understand this can affect the arteries
