I have Scleroderma and Raynaud's and Vitamin D deficiency. I tried pills and they did not work. I now get a monthly Vitamin D injection and my levels are normal. It doesn't seem to help any with the Raynaud's.
Hi I have been making sure I sit in the direct sun for 20 mins a day (where possible) with as much skin exposed arms, legs face, neck and upper chest, as I can but keeping warm too. This will allow natural but D production without sunburn. Dont wear sunscreen so dont do this at midday.
You could try this too which is wholly natural.
Hi, I have had Primary Raynaud's for over 15 years and severe sun "allergy" for even longer. So I have had not had much sun exposure for a long time. As Vitamin-d is required to help maintain calcium levels for healthy bones, some years ago I asked my GP to test me and he found I had low Vitamin-D. I now take a supplement. eat eggs regularly and also try to eat other foods which contain vitamin-d. Blood tests show this works for me.
I buy my supplement from Healthspan and take it with food.
You can get info on foods containing Vitamin-D on the NHS Website
nhs.uk/conditions/vitamins-...
and their is a pdf leaflet from The British Dietetic Association:

I've just realised you are already on a supplement so I would suggest speaking to your pharmacist or GP before taking any other supplements. I was told that eating foods high in Vitamin-D was ok with a supplement.
All the best, N
