Testosterone injections for prostate cancer
One is
testosterone
only, no adt and one way
testosterone
is the shot all by itself. I have two doctors willing to give me the T but there is no discussion of doing BAT. BAT is ADT alternating with
testosterone
. Today I visit the OC willing to do this.

Duration of ADT
PSA still undetectable and
Testosterone
<2. The original plan was for 2 years of ADT and AA. At ESMO 2021 Dr. Attard suggested that SOC should be 3 years of ADT for patients falling into this and similar locally advanced subsets.

DHEA and Pregnenolone
A recent visit to a MD in general practice who was interested in administering injections of
Testosterone
decided to wait and prescribed DHEA and Pregnenolone and MSM instead. His blood test did show these to be low. Also, in this blood test it showed the hormon estrogen to be low.

Has anyone had HRT implants? Would love to know your experience and where you’ve had them done please
Hi ladies, I’m wanting to have Oestrogen and
Testosterone
implants as I don’t absorb transdermal HRT. It’s my only option left as I have dreadful menopause symptoms since my hysterectomy.

Last check on 27 April,

T rising on Lupron, but PSA is still <0.10
So, wondering why my
testosterone
is rising and is that a problem or is this a factor of blood work being done at the end of the 6 month cycle of Lupron? Thank you in advance for your comments!!

TRT caution
Three weeks ago I got a compounded
testosterone
cream. Supposedly 300 mg of
testosterone
per dose, prescribed by a doctor, and filled at an FDA-controlled local pharmacy. I started using it and within a week fat started bloating my body. My muscles started shrinking.

Post SRT Testosterone Help
Just had another round of blood tests. First, and most importantly, PSA dropped to 0.02 (Ulta Lab test lowest limit, but not >0.02) from 0.06 at 6-month post-SRT. Am now at 10-month post-SRT and will have UC lab test again at 12 months. However, here are hormone related results. First number is from

Extracts from two papers on exercise and cancer. Paper 1 investigates the blood from 25 patients with mCRPC exercising. Paper 2 is a review.
Briefly, patients who had been identified as mCRPC (adenocarcinoma of the prostate with systemic metastatic disease despite castrate levels of
testosterone
(<50 ng/dl) due to orchiectomy or luteinising hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) agonist, undergoing ADT (gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist

Progesterone Levels & Semen Analysis Results- Confused!
I had some basic bloods done- LH, Prolactin,
Testosterone
, FSH, TSH...ect all came back normal. However my Progesterone levels were only 17 nmol/L which is considered abnormal although the results state the normal range is anything between 10-80 nmol/L.

Question about weight lifting while on anti testosterone therapy.
I was placed of abiraterone and ADT 6 months ago. I am an avid exerciser so I have not experienced any fatigue but I think I was noticing mild weakness. I decided to start weight lifting. My question is: Do I expect to get stronger or just slow the deterioration.
