It's Back - The Way Ahead
Triplet therapy - SBRT, Orgovyx and Xtandi, the latter being an "ARI," androgen receptor inhibitor, preceding the PCa cells from binding with
testosterone
, their fuel. He's checking with TRICARE For Life on cost...don't see an issue., I checked with Express Scripts, monthly co-pay $14.

chlamydia questions
I got my
testosterone
test and it was good and i got a scrotum ultrasound which was again good. 2.Will there be recovery possible for whatever i'm experiencing slowly as the body recovers over time.? 3.Are there chances that the bacteria is still living in my gut.?

Triple Therapy
I understand that the Abiraterone inhibits the cancer’s ability to create its own
testosterone
. Does the Docetaxel accomplish the same thing? I’m guessing the answer is no, or the Peace1 trial would have given all participants a Abiraterone vacation otherwise.

BAT in the UK: does if officially exist
Given the status of
testosterone
cypionate in most of the EU, desperate stage 4s only option is to navigate the risks of taking fake drugs the are faced by body builders. Many belief that BAT will eventually be SOC but many of us can't wait around for years of trials to get there.

Potentially diagnosed PCOS
A blood test showed
testosterone
was above normal range, low progesterone an LH of 22 and my white blood cell count was under the lower end of the reference range. I am due to go for a transviginal scan in a couple of weeks to see what’s going on internally but the GP said it’s most likely PCOS.

Hello, dear people!
Strangely, his
testosterone
level was dowm 0,3. We were devastated, this situation scared us, since then we had no peace. His doctor immediately changed his treatment and completed Eligard and Xgeva with Xtady.

lupron. seems this drug kills
testosterone
and is supposed to starve cancer cells.. while radiation kills the cancer.. I was reading. Outsmart your cancer by Tanya Pierce.. The medical argument is that
testosterone
is the evil thing here but really is a lame argument..

Testosterone Blood Test Results Appear To Be Lab Dependent
My prior post had my
testosterone
blood test result increase from undetectable to 45. In reviewing the data I note that my Mass lab reported <0.5 ng/dL on 10/5/21 and my Florida lab reported 31 ng/dL the following week.

How long will "4 month" lupron injection "last"
(see profile for more details) My question is how long will the lupron keep my
testosterone
at castrate levels (<50 ng). Note my pre lupron injection
testosterone
level was 906 on 7/22/22 at age 69 and on 12/12/22 it was 38 (4 mos after injection). Still having hot flashes.

HRT issues - Plus need to hear about experiences with testosterone
I really don't want to add more things to my regime but can people share their experiences with
testosterone
, I understand it comes in a gel? How can I get this? Will I need to see a private gynae?

[/i]" I started seeing my integrative medicine guy in 2006, because he supported my use of androstenedione to increase
testosterone
. One of the tools he liked to use for new patients was a hair analysis.

Bone Density - Dexa
My 19-year history falls into three phases: i) continuous
testosterone
[T] ii) alternating 3-month periods of ADT & T iii) my version of BAT (LongBAT) - a single T injection every 3 months + oral DES (3mg) days 8-90.

Bone Health issues re:Bisphosphonnates, etc. ????
My PCP is suggesting these, but he's not current with the research about estrogen and
testosterone
use for PCa care. My backstory is that I'm suffering from osteoprosis that has caused four compression fractures at L1, L2, L3 & L4 and at T11 in my spine.

organifi green juice safe?
The question I have is one of the ingredients is Ashwagandha, I think I read somewhere awhile back that increases
testosterone
which I know isn’t a good idea. Any thoughts? Thank you

Which blood tests are required please?
I know my DHEA is below range and my
testosterone
is at the bottom. My cortisol bloods previously have also been low at 220, and cortisol saliva test a little low but not as dire as the bloods. I just wondered if there are any other blood tests I should request please?
