A little update
Last year my final throw of the dice was to start TRT -
Testosterone
Replacement Therapy. It had zero positive effect but had the side effects of giving me terrible sleep, sweating profusely at night. Blood tests showed T > 100% and oestradiol > 200%. I stopped that.

Length of Treatment for Orgovyx (Relugolix) versus Lupron and other Longer Acting ADT drugs as Adjuvant to RT or Used for IADT?
I'm curious if anyone has had any discussion with their MO or Radiation Oncologist about having to take a longer course of Orgovyx compared to Lupron or other longer acting ADT drugs because
Testosterone
comes back so much quicker on Orgovyx?

Ed out of thin air?? Help me!
I have also gotten my
testosterone
levels checked it was in the 1100s so thats not the problem either. I read something about a nerve that travels from the brain all the way to the penis and thats what sends the signal for an erection, could it be that i have somehow fried this nerve?

palliative radiation treatment questions
As his
testosterone
seems to have returned, he’s now having more energy and sleeping less. His PSA has also dropped from 115 to 76 in the last month. He has metastases in his pelvis and pelvic lymph notes (CT scan a month ago). 2 weeks ago, he was having bone pain.

Five years later
My
testosterone
has not yet returned, and may never come back, but I feel a lot better in my head. My body is however going through a strange phase of weight gain all of a sudden. I have gained 10 kg in the last 4 weeks.

TSH levels - and no help from clinic
I undertook a blood test in July with Hertility to check
testosterone
, AMH etc and was surprised to find my TSH was higher than expected: 2.79mIU/L. The Hertility Dr reviewing the results said I should speak to my GP as my TSH should be below 2.5mI/UL to get pregnant.

Lupron Question.
I have been thinking about surgical castration but before something so drastic I have decided to ask my MO if he would agree to monitor
testosterone
and stop Lupron all together to see where the
testosterone
goes.

TRT didn't harm men on AS in retrospective study
In a retrospective SEER database study (men on Medicare), 167 men on active surveillance (AS) received
testosterone
replacement therapy (TRT). After 5 years of follow-up, they were no more likely to have to have radical therapy than men on AS who didn't get TRT.

Can i take vacation when already 5 years PSA < 0.01
After 5 years of PSA < 0.01, T<5 ng/dl I hope from the long suppression of
testosterone
with ADT and because of its low production from my age, the
testosterone
will not rise quickly and I will have a long vacation without ADT.

Baseline PSMA-Pet scan?
My PSA and
Testosterone
have been suppressed to <.1 and <4 for two years now. Isn't it pretty likely that the PSMA-Pet will be inactive for the most part?

Similar question to Ezzedine. PSA rising
The urology specialist nurse I spoke to suggests that, because my
testosterone
has returned that the healthy part of my prostate is producing a slightly higher PSA.

Declining psa #9
My wbc are a little low 3.8 and
testosterone
dropped to 385 down from 485, possible mild side effects of IVM so I added the B3,6 n 12 n will probably have to eat a little more red meat 🥩. I’m also contemplating taking
testosterone
to get my levels up to what they were when initially got off ADT.

"Deluxe Treatment" Anything else?
He said I might see a slight improvement with my
testosterone
has come back. I'd love to hear any comments and recommendations you might have for me at this point in my journey. I don't want to miss anything that I could be doing to stay where I am.

Testosterone Recovery Time after 1 Year of ADT?
As of today my
Testosterone
is <0.01. It was 4.3 mg/mL before my first shot. Is there any data on how long it will take a 61 YO to start to see some T come back? Anyone here of a similar age and duration have any words or wisdom on what to expect?

I'm scared to live in my house
So my dad got a new prescription for his
testosterone
levels and it's in the form of a gel. He is supposed to apply the gel, wash his hands thoroughly, and cover it with clothing. He doesn't really take these precautions seriously and I'm worried that he spreading it around the house.

3 Abiraterone tabs in place of 4.
Recently had blood work done that showed my PSA has moved from 0.04 to <0,04 and the
Testosterone
had not moved from the <7.00 ng/dl. So with this small sample of results there were really no change in ADT effectiveness.
