My M.E. Specialist asked for Prolactin and Testosterone blood tests. They have come back as follows :-
Serum prolactin level 160 mlU/L (102.0 - 496.0)
Serum testosterone level 0.7 no l/L (0.1 - 1.4)
Normal, no further action.
Knowing that other tests when in range are not always favourable levels for everyone with thyroid issues, I would be grateful if someone could please give their opinion on these tests results.
Many thanks in advance 🙂

I’m not knowledgeable on these hormones but I would say it is incredibly difficult to say anything about them in isolation. How you are feeling - symptoms (the most important diagnostic), your current thyroid and vitamin levels (with ranges) and any other information would really help people understand and offer their lived experience advice.
I have filled in my bio as I know I can point people towards it as an example, but also, if I keep it updated it is a great resource to others on the forum if I need advice. Click on my face to see it.
I would encourage you to do this and then you will get a more meaningful response. Beware of anyone who would advise on so little information. 😉👍
