Hysteroscopy and second laparoscopy
During my last surgery I had a
tachycardia
of 120bpm and it was 140bpm prior to the anaesthetic. I suppose now I am aware of the
tachycardia
it makes me more nervous.

Tachycardia post ablation
Hi, I was feeling great 4 days post ablation until I started feeling short of breath and anxious after eating tonight. I checked Kardia and my HR’s been 140-185 for the past hour. It’s not Afib, tho. Heartbeats look totally disorganized and Kardia interprets them as “unreadable”. I don’t think I can

Hello, new here! Here's my story of AVNRT and 2 ablations...
I struggle with anxiety now and hypersensitive to any changes in my heart rhythm (which we know only fuels the
tachycardia
). Going out in public places is still tough and the thought of resuming extensive travel again puts me in panic.

Controlling anxiety without medications
They did an ECG and the doctor said it was a sinus
tachycardia
and gave me a tranquilizer which I didn't take because once I am checked out and find out that it's anxiety I calm down. My question is: Could it be dangerous in the long term for the heart to beat fast during panic attacks.

Chf and 92 yr old mother
She has
tachycardia
many days. (She has a pacemaker for syncope for almost 8 yrs). The doctor doesn’t want to put her on amiodarone and I agree. She takes 40 mgs of lasix, Eliquis, metoprolol, magnesium, and Lipitor. What would help her at this point?

Atrial tachycardia
Hello all, Does anyone know the significance of atrial
tachycardia
induced when stressed or when exercising? Does this indicate coronary artery disease or could it be something else? I’m 31. Thanks

Atrial tachycardia
Hi, I have just been diagnosed with atrial
tachycardia
and atrial ectopic salvo runs. This came through via letter after my implantable loop recorder picked it up. Please can anyone give me any info? There's not much online relating to adults. Is this something that's treated?

AF ablation risks and concerns
My situation: I'm a 43-year male, non-smoker, not overweight, CHADSVASC=0, generally good health... recently diagnosed with paroxysmal AF and a 'more regular
tachycardia
'. This is symptomatic and has been kicking around for some years but not so extreme that I haven't been able to ignore it.

Getting tested for POTS
I have Coronary Artery Spasms and have in the last 24 months developed
tachycardia
with no explanation. I have done some research and seem to fit the criteria for POTS. Seems to make perfect sense to me, POTS is lack of constriction of blood vessels and I am on drugs to dilate my vessels.

Atrial tachycardia/flutter after ablation
Before the ablation i suffered from atrial fibrillation. After the ablation, i suffer from rapid heartbeats usually around 150-160 bpm. I've been told that some of the signals may have reconnected after pulmonary vein isolation much to my dismay. I feel like the ablation made it worse, and my heart

My AF journey takes a turn for the worse!
He then referred to the Holter monitor results: “showing AF with heartrate between 59 and 172bpm, mean of 94bpm and a short burst of non-sustained ventricular
tachycardia
. There were some symptomatic episodes which demonstrated uncontrolled AF with isolated ventricular ectopics.

I feel like I'm the only one and no one understands...
I kept ending up in the hospital from panic attacks and
tachycardia
. After one hospital stay they referred me to a cardiologist at the age of 27. My cardiologist prescribed me Bystolic 5mg (beta blocker) which worked for the most part and got me back out there.
