AF/tachycardia is the chaotic irregular beat or the extreme fast beats the main problem?
Hello I have had AF/
tachycardia
for many years now, I also have 2 leaky valves one of them is tricuspid valve, heart block and now heart failure. I also have a 3 lead pacemaker which has stopped the long sinus pauses and bradycardia.

first *hopefully only* ablation this week!
I am a 34 year old female have been seeing EP for about a year, was initially diagnosed with CPVT ( genetic, adrenaline induced Ventricular
Tachycardia
) I got a second opinion where I was diagnosed with RVOT VT (Right Ventricular Outflow Trac VT) The second opinion says ablation could work to treat my

Floppy valve and prolonged QT
Recently I've been getting increased (almost constant)
tachycardia
, palpitations & ectopic beats, plus breathlessness and intermittent chest pressure with pain, sometimes spreading to left neck and head. Waiting for results of repeated tests. Anyone got experience of this please?

AV Node Ablation
It is all what I know: 2 heart valves leaking Tricuspid and Mitral, enlarged left ventricle, dilated veins, moderate heart failure, persistent AF, super ventricular
tachycardia
. The AF is a nightmare now, I have had 4 ablations and none has worked.

Has anyone out there developed atrial ectopics following an ablation?
I've developed a lot of ventricular ectopics, runs of ectopics and frequent ventricular
tachycardia
since the 'successful' ablation 1 year ago.

Confused heart? Wondering if anyone else has hear or know of something like this.
I have been to the cardiologists and had a 72hr tape which picked up bradycardia, first degree heart block, Wenckebach block and atrial
tachycardia
. I keep getting told that I have this because I did a lot of sport and it will go away when I stop sport but I have for a year now and its got worse.

low bp with metoprolol
I have sinus
tachycardia
at times. I have been prescribed metoprolol 25mg as needed. They told me not to take if my blood pressure is too low. My bp runs about100/65 now, I'm confused at what too low is. Anyone lese been told this? And what numbers did they give you?

3rd Ablation/3month follow-up
My 2nd ended up with a cardiac tamponade and atrial
tachycardia
requiring another ablation. I have had no episodes of
tachycardia
or afib since my 3rd ablation on July 19th. I have been doing my usual exercise routine for 2months and feel fantastic!

A cautionary tale
Many times a day I’m experiencing
tachycardia
. Three times I’ve gone into afib. I spent 4 days in the hospital being monitored and all was well. Two weeks later, it’s back. I’m seeing a really good cardiologist tomorrow to try and get to the bottom of this. Believe me it’s terrifying.

Flying
Lately I've been getting symptoms such as breathlessness, lightheadedness and palpitations with a raised heartbeat and
tachycardia
. This has unnerved me and I decided to cancel my holiday as I'm nervous of flying and travelling abroad feeling like this.

Is there a link between hypothyroidism and POTS?
Hi, I had a tilt table test last week for suspected POTS (Postural Orthostatic
Tachycardia
Syndrome). When I was raised into a standing position, my heart rate went from 75 to 117 immediately, and I felt very dizzy with blurry vision, felt like I was going to pass out.

How long before Nebivolol lowers heart rate?
Hi, I’ve been moved from metoprolol to Nebivolol for sinus
tachycardia
. 3 days after stopping 35mg pd Metoprolol and taking 5mg pd Nebivolol my hr and blood pressure are raised not lowered. Perhaps a rebound effect for stopping Metoprolol I don’t know.

Auntie Bee is falling apart! Not just POTTY but a case of the SANRTs!! Anyone else with this tachycardia , or just me and the Bin of Doom!
This could be part of the cause of my Dysautonomia and POTS and it involves a constant
tachycardia
between 100/150 beats a minute caused by a possible malfunction or malformation of the Sinus Node which differs from Atrial Fibrillation and other Atrial Ventricular
Tachycardia
issues because of the difference
