Ivabradine. Please help
So, I've been prescribed Ivabradine 5mg for inappropriate sinus
tachycardia
. But I am so anxious about starting with this drug. I read so many side effects and so scared to start. What if I'm allergic or can't breath or pass out or develop arterial fibrillation. My head is spinning.

Pacemaker implanted. Long road ahead
I am on sotalol and flecanide to control the
tachycardia
now but have been gaining weight. Do these drugs with the pacer cause weight gain? I don't feel strong enough anymore. At the age of 35, fatigue comes in very early. 2 hours outside the house and I feel wiped out.

New to Sjogren's Site
Also terrifying bouts of
tachycardia
(crazy heart racing) for over a year. Worst though is intense pain and burning in my legs. Keeps me awake at night and can't go in sunlight. Again years of begging for help before a diagnosis of small fibre neuropathy for which I take pregabalin.

Tachycardia causes?!
Chest X ray clear and an echocardiogram where the only outcome is my
tachycardia
of 140bpm at rest. I've had persistent
tachycardia
since November. Ranging from 120s-150s resting. I've got a 24 hr tape on Wednesday.

Anyone have any experience with elevated resting heart rate (tachycardia) due to their sle?
Hi all, After a dreadful 2019 due to having 2 blood clots on my brain due to an operation on my head and the impact of lupus causing clotting to occur, I now seem to have developed a chronic resting heart rate of 115-120 beats per minute (normal range is considered to be 60-90 beats per minute). Does

I got diagnosed last week with
tachycardia
. Doctors aren’t helping just said that I’ll be making myself worse because I have anxiety. I seriously feel like I’m gonna lose it. Feel like I am going to die 😭

The Name of a Doctor Who Gives Video Talks on Arrhythmia
I have been having an exacerbation of my Paroxysmal Atrial
Tachycardia
(far more frequent, in fact almost ongoing with a top rate of 190 bpm) and as I have a forthcoming hospital consultation, I would love to learn more about what might be happening so I have some base of knowledge for my visit.

Bending down starting arrhythmia - a solution?
I have always had problems when I bend down - before taking Flecainide it triggered what I called AF then and since starting Flecainide it causes
tachycardia
and ectopics and general malaise. I have been experimenting on how to bend without the misery and might have a solution.

Palpitations getting worse, is Afib likely?
Hi Newbie here, I have a question about my worsening palpitations, diagnosed with high BP and LVH last year, had a 48 hr ECG and which showed a very brief episode of Broad Complex
Tachycardia
( which by the way I did not feel at all, 10 fast beats captured in 48 hrs), plus some ectopics which I did feel

Fatigue that wears off at the same time each day
No
tachycardia
, so that seems to rule out POTS (although it could be another type of dysautonomia). I can't even find a mention of anything similar in the literature – so frustrating!

I’m a newbie and looking for a bit of advice x
I was diagnosed with IST ( inappropriate sinus
tachycardia
) and I also have a bicuspid aortic valve which is working normally. I have another echo next week and I’m also having a loop recorder inserted in the next few weeks for reassurance.

Help please
Hi I wonder if anyone has the same problem. 3years ago I was diagnosed with AF, Flutter and Atria
tachycardia
. I have had 2 ablation and just been told as I'm still symptomatic it looks like a 3rd one is on the cards. I can't take beta blockers because of Asthma and allergies.

Headache when walking
I'm in my early 20s no health conditions just under investigation for sinus
tachycardia
of at rest around 140. Blood tests normal. ECG Sinus Tachy Echo normal but reaffirmed I'm resting tachy. Just waiting for 24hr ECG results. I'm abit stumped what this could be?
