Help please I'm PREGNANT
I also have a heart condition deemed as an arrythmia called inappropriate sinus
tachycardia
and treated with beta blockers. Due to this my pregnancy is deemed high risk. Thanks in advance for your help and support. Can't stop crying. I'm going to ring PAS tomorrow as I'm a member. Xx

Bisoprolol
My wife was diagnosed with POTS (Postural Orthostatic
Tachycardia
Syndrome) about a year and a half ago. She first was having extreme
Tachycardia
in the middle of the night, every night for about a week. Spent a few days in the ER, and was referred to Mayo Clinic in Rochester.

Ejection Fraction - Echo or MRI Cardio
A few years ago in 2018 I had an Echocardiogram which showed I had an Ejection Fraction of 43% and left ventricular dysfunction & around the same period I had an operation to reduce an enlarged prostate & the next day was hospitalised with Ventricular
Tachycardia
( VT) with a heartbeat of 110 bpm.

Bisoprolol for tachycardia
Hiya guys I've basically has this spontaneous diurnal
tachycardia
which no one is able to put a cause to at the moment. I've been tried on Bisoprolol 2.5mg for this. And to some effect it is working. Before I was ranging from 90-180 now I'm anywhere between 58-130.

I had viral meningitis about 8 years ago , was left with
Tachycardia
and high blood pressure. Which is well controlled, and I am told did not damage my heart.

Atrial Tachycardia
But months later diagnosed with atrial
tachycardia
, prescribed flecainide which helps about 90 percent of the time. Also she is waiting to speak to her consultant about an ablation. I can't find anything relating to atrial
tachycardia
on this forum so it must be extremely rare.

Good day all,
However at the end of December I started to develop
Tachycardia
and then Arrhythmia, something I had never experienced before. I was prescribed medication for this from my Cardiologist. However, I must share what helps me personally the most is a long walk.

Feeling Lost
Been experiencing symptoms of lupus for a while (joint pain, hair loss, chest pain, scaly rashes and fatigue since teens) and after a recent stay in a&e for chest pain and
tachycardia
with no apparent cause I thought I should really get this checked out.

The Left Atrial Appendage in Humans: Structure, Physiology, and Pathogenesis - Medscape
In addition, attention has focused on the LAA in its role as an electrical trigger for atrial
tachycardia
and atrial fibrillation with ablation of the LAA to achieve electrical isolation showing promising results in the maintenance of sinus rhythm.

Bisoprolol and missed/irregular beats
I've been on Bisoprolol for 10 years because of occasional sinus
tachycardia
(short episodes of rapid beating). This was a side effect of having a leaky mitral valve. Following major heart surgery a few months ago I had a lot of
tachycardia
that was initially controlled with amiodarone.
