I'm getting headaches when walking and a tachycardic rate of around 180bpm when walking.
I'm in my early 20s no health conditions just under investigation for sinus tachycardia of at rest around 140.
Blood tests normal.
ECG Sinus Tachy
Echo normal but reaffirmed I'm resting tachy.
Just waiting for 24hr ECG results.
I'm abit stumped what this could be? I used to be able to walk to work everyday 4 miles now even finding 12 steps in my house is making me out of breath and the headaches. Any one else experience anything similar?

I'm not medically trained+it's late in the evening for me to be completely coherent (I blame my beta blocker ) but in their investigations regarding your symptoms has anyone said anything about hypertension?
Headache and breathlessness (or shortness of breath) can sometimes be the two signals blood pressure should be looked at closely so I am wondering if your medical team has said anything about it to you.
No one's mentioned it. They're focusing on the heart rate. I have an appointment Monday so will ask if this can be checked / looked into. I think as my cholesterol was normal they've just brushed past it. But for sure, maybe it is blood pressure related? I wonder if that can make your pulse high too?
Be nice to get some answers to be honest so I can go back to work healthy!
It's just a thought (blood pressure related) and the only real answers of course will come from the medics - hopefully they'll reassure you tomorrow that 'Yes of course we have considered your BP' and that will be one more thing eliminated.
Please update this discussion after your appointment tomorrow - I'm sure I'm not the only member here who will be hoping you get some answers.
Been referred to cardiology to get some answers. As the GP was reluctant to prescribe anything as he doesn't want my HR to drop below 50bpm as I'd be bradycardic but I'm getting symptoms when I'm tachycardic!
No new answers really but hoping I will soon or maybe if someone has something similar?
