I was aware of
tachycardia
in the night ( only lasted few minutes) I always try to capture any palpitations if I can. This was the wee small hours so all electrical equipment was switched off . A tv , two phones and chargers, several lamps.

Overactive Bladder Syndrome
I've been diagnosed with Paroxysmal
Tachycardia
and am trying Tolterodine for my OAB (which increased my comfort level considerably) but have had to stop as my monthly PT episodes increased to daily. Reading up about OAB med's it seems that they all have high heart rate as a side effect.

Pacemaker
If anything, the issue is
tachycardia
, not the opposite. Even while walking out of the hospital, I was having exactly the same symptoms I described at the start. Any houghts would be appreciated.

recovering after ICD shock - advice about the future
My device went off as I was in
tachycardia
which was 240-260 beats. My condition had been well controlled, following treatment about 8 years ago. I’ve always been an active person doing weights, cycling and running and have excercised within the bounds of advice for the last 8 years.

Short spikes of raised HR?
I'm guessing a short run of
tachycardia
maybe, I get ectopic PVC's and had quite a few last night, they don't really bother me. I'm pleased that my heart is refusing to join the party and dance around with AF and will ask the EP when I see him again in August, or sooner I I get any problems.

SVT after ablation
Okay, my question: Has anyone who has had an ablation had supraventricular
tachycardia
after the ablation? Those who weren't dx with it prior?

Tachycardia and Lupus
Hi, I've been posting a bit recently as I'm in a never ending flare, worse one for about 7 years. Finally saw my consultant this week for the first time since 2019. I have been having episodes of high heart rate everyday for 8 months now. I can be sitting down and HR is 76 by walking to other side

Symptoms after cardiologist has halved my dose of bisoprolol. Love to hear how others felt after halving their dose .
I’ve been taking 5mg bisoprolol for over 2 years due to episodes of
tachycardia
, saw my cardiologist last week and he said to try taking 2.5 mg fir a week then if no symptoms (palpitations ) then stop it completely .

Low Iron
I’ve just found out that I have extremely low iron stores which explains a lot of my symptoms, including a fast heart rate and wondering whether anyone knows whether it could cause atrial
tachycardia
? I am really hoping once I get my iron levels up I’ll start to feel better.

4 months post ablation
It is only about 10m x 5m Is the
tachycardia
normal after an ablation as I am fearing a return, although I am still on the Flec 200mg per day. Was supposed to get a follow up after 3 months but now have a telephone app in October

Vagal/Nighttime only Episodes
My episodes of SVT (Atrial
Tachycardia
) stop and start like clockwork. They are almost exclusively at night and start sometime between 5-8pm and are over by 8am. Every single day this repeats. I have read some research on this possibly being vagally mediated.

Set of symptoms - who can relate?
All of that resolved for a few years, except for the
tachycardia
, which presents with symptoms consistent with POTS to this day and episodes of high blood pressure. Then, three years ago, I had an episode of heart pain, chest pressure, extreme fatigue, and brain fog.

90 plus resting heart rate taking amytriptyline 10mg for pain what is alternative drug that does not cause tachycardia?
I have been suffering for months with
tachycardia
and now pericardial effusion which I have read can be caused by amytriptyline. It has helped the pain but now with the heart issues it's time to come off of it.

Hello, I have atrial
tachycardia
and an abnormally fast heart rate in general. I have seen a cardiologist who wasn’t overly concerned as I am young and relatively fit. I had a normal echo scan.
