Had a visit to GP

What a month!
After admission the surgeon came with his gaggle of students and told me I had 2 choices- an NG tube or
surgery
(both of which I respectfully declined) After glaring at me he said "of course it's your choice!" and flounced off.

Gynecomastia from ADT - how much?
But enlarged breasts from TDE are forever (without
surgery
afterwards or radiation beforehand). So, a concern. My question is, "How large?"

HRT after Thyroid Cancer
I'll be having
surgery
soon and may need hrt if my ovaries end up not working. Just wondering if it's OK to have hrt after thyroid cancer. Feeling rather sorry for myself, I've got 3 young kids and life is hard enough with thyroid fatigue and now this.

24 hrs Holster test results
So, having had this test done on the last day of November and heard nothing back from my GP I decided to ring the
surgery
this morning. They told me it is usually around a 5 week wait before they get the results but perhaps ring the hospital.

Wondering what to do
I also had
surgery
in 2020 when I was diagnosed. My last lot of single carbo chemo have me a stable few months which I was very pleased with. My consultant here in Brighton has now referred me to see if there is a trial I could go on, at my request, to Guys Hospital in London.

Bisoporol instead of Tildiem
We thought we would ask our
surgery
pharmacist for more tablets but she said canāt do as they might react with her heart medicine which is Tildiem Retard 180mg twice a day. Despite phone calls and emails to our Glos cardiologist there is no reply.

Loosing hope
Iām having
surgery
in a week to remove a large dermoid ovarian cyst which I know can have a negative impact even more. I changed surgeons to speed things up and now round 2 is being pushed back to give him the 3 months.

Been put on trimbow
Had a phone call from the
surgery
pharmacy team who suggested I try trimbow. I did explain my concerns about the anticholinergic bit as I had a rough time trying Spiriva in November and December last year - incredibly dry mouth that didn't get better and sinus infections.
