Failed urethra stricture surgery

Due to radiation scarring, the first two times it worked, this timed it actually closed, wearing a catheter until the problem is results. Any suggestions?

You will need a TURP again, maybe from a different doctor. I took Dexamethasone pills while and after surgery to reduce scaring. This study showed a 50% reduction of closing if the TURP is combined with cortisone pills. researchgate.net/publicatio...

One patient I spoke to tried an injection of a collagenase into the scar tissue. He was finding that every time he had surgery, there was more scar tissue, whereas the collagenase broke it down and did not build more up.
