Of course there are risks to any
surgery
and John would need to weigh everything up carefully . He said John could have vitamin d 400 IU and he hadnāt even heard of K2 - he said it was a commercial gimmick .

Deep Brain Stimulation Therapy
I am seriously considering having DBS but am wondering if there are others who have successfully had this
surgery
to alleviate pain in the neck, shoulders, upper back & lower back. Please share any experiences with this as well as anything else you may have found that works. I am desperate.

Pelvic MRI
So a week after my Endo diagnosis following emergency
surgery
last Monday, I received my appointment for my pelvic MRI but the letter states it needs to be done on day 3 or 4 of my cycle. Does this mean I should be bleeding when they do it?

Update on aneurysm
My question for her was how is that going to effect his decision on
surgery
or monitoring my aneurysm. She of course couldnāt answer. I am at my wits end here. At my appointment, I did ask the doctor what his thoughts were if it was his decision , and he said
surgery
.

looking for post surgery pregnancy positivity!
Please donāt judge, I am grateful, but just looking for solidarity from anyone who has had similar feelings after finding out post laparoscopic
surgery
. I think I havenāt really had time to process āwhat has happenedā as has been a 10 year battle to be diagnosed.

hiatus hernia
Iāve been told I wonāt survive
surgery
as too much tissue damage caused by steroids and if my stomach was brought down, my lungs would pack up. Also my stomach would become redundant because it wouldnāt know how to function. Iāve asked for a second opinion as it just doesnāt seem right to me.

Major surgery and a Vasovagal event
I had gluteal reconstructive
surgery
. The anaesthetist suggested I should increase my pred. So I did the sick day rule and added 5. Three days after
surgery
I had a Vasovagal event and the crash cart was called. I had a concussion and stayed in hospital a further two nights.

Colomycin v Promixin
Now my consultant has decided for me to obtain the prescription from my GP
surgery
. But when I collected the meds from my local pharmacy they had dispensed Promixin instead. Anyone else had this problem and any opinions please on which is best.

Residual tumour regrowth
Hi there, I had
surgery
in 2021 to remove a large AN. My follow-up MRI scans showed that all was well--until the last one, which shows regrowth. It's slight (from 17 x 5 mm to 22 x 7 mm) but it still really scares me.

surgery
for a cyst on my Overy. They found I have severe deep rooted endometriosis which has stuck everything together including sticking my womb to my bowel.

Bumps reduction . Cream ?
Hello everyone, I had a circumcision
surgery
2.5 months ago. The healing process went well, without any pain or issues. However, I have noticed some small bumps (from stiches prob) and a bit of swelling. Can anyone recommend a cream to help reduce the bumps and keep the area dry?
