the other day I was driving and all of a sudden my vision started feeling weird (vision was crossed / felt like I was maybe going to pass out). I have a history of ocular migraines and I was about to start my period and was dehydrated. Either way, it really caused me a lot of stress and now I’ve been stressed ever since. I feel like my eyes are off, I feel some dizziness, yawning a lot, heart racing and just so concerned that it is going to happen again. I have some anxiety about driving again. I just can’t find anyone that understands what I am experiencing.

Welcome to our community. We are a supportive group of people who try to help others.
I can't personally say what's going on with you, but I would certainly contact your doctor and your eye specialist. This sounds very scary, so I can understand why you are very anxious about it. Also, you may want the help of others to drive you until you get checked out.
Hi Kindgirl15, Welcome to an understanding and caring community.
I had that happen to me once and it was frightening. Although it never
happened again, it left a vivid memory in my mind.
I now realize that I was dehydrated as well as overbreathing (hyperventilating).
Yawning is sometimes a sign of hyperventilation .. It still would be in your best
interest to see your doctor to get some answers. Wishing you well xx
Hi, thanks for sharing a scary experience. What you felt at the time was somewhat traumatic so you need to process the experience. Most people hear the word " trauma" and go to the usual definition of a big, huge and dangerous event. However, in psychology it really means a person's experience was beyond their capacity to cope. Understanding this is very rare amongst usual folk on the street. I have found a short course of 4-6 sessions of CBT with a therapist who understands trauma helpful. Mention trauma when asked for a reason to see the therapist and they will know what to treat. You might also find getting behind the wheel with a friend in the passenger seat for a few trips will help decrease your anxiety level.
I have faith that you can do it. 🙏
