How low is too low
I suffer from white coat and am sure some of my high readings in the past have been linked to
stress
around taking readings. Thanks

Feeling frustrated with the Perinatal Mental Health Team
I don't want to go into every detail but basically the mental health team I am currently attending who are apparently supposed to be supporting me are doing quite the opposite and actually causing me a lot of
stress
right now.

My journey
Together with the
stress
of running my business it all put me into a bad place.mentally and physically Well I sold the business last September. Then after a couple of months I started to sort my life out. With the now right mindset I started my journey to losing weight last Christmas.

Further Advice on raised CRP Levels and tight leg muscles
I have also had a lot of
stress
. My leg muscles became very painful and made stair climbing difficult. It also meant that monitoring the polymyalgia through muscular tightness was difficult. My physio has helped and released some of the tightness.

Feeling Right
There seems to be no definite triggering obsession other than the
stress
of aging and retirement, but over the last few months it seems to be getting worse. I had traditional therapy as a teenager, before OCD was considered a neuro disorder rather than from dysfunctional past experiences.

Tips for flying
I don't let it bother me too much on a daily basis, but it sometimes becomes an annoyance at times of
stress
or tiredness etc, or particularly during driving long distances with road noise causing a spike.

New here.
Did I got this from the constant pressure,
stress
and anxiety? 3. Is it okay to take gaviscon after eating despite having those medications? 4. Am I gonna be okay? I am new to this experience and it really scares me. Thank you, and I hope to hear positivity.

Hello, I'm new to this group but not to PD
I believe
stress
is a major factor of affecting the progression of my PD. I have had a very stressful year and it shows in my symptoms. I do take medicine...I have since 2008. I do use alternative strategies.

PMR flare and Pred advice please
I was aware of the amounts of
stress
hitting me due to these events but was reluctant to increase the dose any more as the steroids have been causing me so many side effects , esp. feeling on edge and super anxious , (horrible) .

Potential ADD and Autism diagnosis - ongoing
I have diagnosed OCD,
stress
and anxiety. I am currently in the process of being diagnosed with ADHD (more ADD) and I am having to go privately for this diagnosis, as the NHS referral I provided came back negative, despite the fact no one interviewed or met me.

When running is your
stress
relief and you can’t because you’re ill, it’s not much fun! I finally got out on Sunday morning.
