Well I ve reached my 1st target. Weighed in yesterday at 12stone 5lbs. So down from 18stone 1lb. Well happy with that.I am off to Spain in a couple of weeks when I get back I shall set my final goal tk 11stone. So good to be on the final stretch.

Those who have seen my posts know that this has been a struggle. I have list both my parents and a really good friend. Then the final straw I lost my faithful dog last year. Together with the stress of running my business it all put me into a bad place.mentally and physically Well I sold the business last September. Then after a couple of months I started to sort my life out. With the now right mindset I started my journey to losing weight last Christmas. So here I am today. Mentally and physically stronger. Still lapse occasionally. But well on the way to be where I want to be. Happy with how I look and feel.

Love buying clothes off the shelf. But there is a problem. Now a size 12 so is half the country. This size sells out quicker than the size 20. O well. A nice problem. 🤣

Hi Ladytrucker1, I'm sorry to hear about your difficult times but equally amazed at your determination with your weight loss. What plan did you follow for the weight loss? Also, I'm so sorry you're finding it problematic finding size 12 clothes 😁. Keep up the good work.
