I had a craniotomy 2014. Acquired TBI. My husband is a veteran. He too has ptsd but there is no way he will admit it. I have ptsd too. The horrible world situation is too much for me. I can no longer discuss it with him. It is triggering. But he does not stop. He discusses with his brother daily. I have

Adrenal advice
Today I had a bit of
stress
with a dental appointment and have felt shaky ever since. Appointment was about seven hours ago. Do you think that could be the
stress
requiring more cortisol to deal with than my adrenal glands are able to make? Should I take some extra pred, and if so how much?

Letting people down because of IBS
The
stress
has been awful the past 3 weeks to a month now. I kept "positive-talking" myself and saying I need to be resilient like I always was before. Then I went ahead, and should have been travelling Tuesday.

What a difference a new Cardiologist makes
That in itself creates
stress
. Think he is afraid of complaint. I've asked hi secretary to ask him to he write to me. Picking letter up Tuesday Evidently he was surprised I had another Cardiologist. What are we to do, wait forever x

Should I lower flecainide dose to 1X per day instead of twice a day.
I had the Nuclear
Stress
test in my Cardiologist office because they had the convenience of taking he Lexiscan sitting in a chair vs the tunnel apparatus. All my tests came back as [u]
normal

DAO Supplement + Lung Transplant.
Hello, I realise this is going to be a very strange post, but this is
stress
that this is a genuine question / request, I may need a lung transplant in the near future. Nothing is set in stone yet, but it's a possibility. I haven't been in contact with a transplant team yet or anything.

pressure sore - healed after over a year on bed/sofa-rest
Around March last year I noticed a sore patch but because of
stress
of moving (in July 2022) I ignored thhe red flags. By the time I had moved the pressure sore was the size of a fist and Grade 4 - they wanted me in hospital as I don’t have care 24 hours.

Meralgia Parasthetica…more and more pain
As you can imagine the pain, lack of sleep and
stress
has set off a flare. I had tapered to 10 after 7 years and two serious relapses. I am thinking of taking 20 mg out if desperation. I am allergic to the usual nerve meds such as Amyltriptilline and Gabapentin.

Stress echocardiogram done ✅
To be honest I had a
stress
test trying to get to Kings thanks to signalling failures, a bit of wet snow and eventually traffic. Got there 30 mins late but they still accepted me which was a relief! Did the first scan. Then a contrast scan as they weren’t sure whether my LVT (clot) had gone.

Will the cardiologist listen if I show them my Fitbit heart rate graphs?
I was told I'd be having tests like an echocardiogram and maybe a
stress
test but my letter says it's a 10 minute video call with the cardiologist. I have palpitations that are being managed with beta blockers but I'm still getting sudden spikes in my heart rate which are captured by my Fitbit.

when the stars align
Coach B also reminded me not to
stress
if I’m struggling to fit a 5K in this week. I could have just sat on the sofa watching yet another predictable Christmas film but instead we got a 30 min run under our belt.

Worried about spotting
I assumed that it was
stress
because I’m in my second year at uni and have just had some exams which I was very stressed about. However I was hoping that once I stopped being stressed, the bleeding would stop.
