Hard day and stress symptoms are overwhelming
Still, anxiety and
stress
make my health anxiety crazy. It's a vicious circle but I have to keep pushing through so I do.

Anxiety
Going through some health issues so had heart cath &
stress
test. Dr says chest pain is not my heart. Struggling to believe. Having swallowing issues too. I think some is my nervous but my esophagus is moving slightly slow, so I may have to have another scope and I'm freaked out.

Been crying at the drop of a hat - are my hormones messed up from the (failed) ivf rounds?
I just want to be sure that aside from my
stress
there isn't a physical issue that I need to sort out. Any advise would be really welcome. Thank you, and sorry for the late night rant.

Why do some AN grow quickly over a short period of time, could stress or hormones play a part?
I also mentioned
stress
and i was told that
stress
doesn't make a difference.

positive fit test
My bowel movements have gone back to normal in fact the best in a long time , I sometimes wish I hadn’t have done the fit test now because the
stress
this is causing me is unbearable, I don’t drink or smoke stay active and eat healthy, there’s no BC in my family .

Some good news at last.
The drugs, ablation, complications,
stress
, worry and lifestyle cleanup have all been worth it and I now feel that I have a future again.

What to do about lower than expected test results?
I’m sure the
stress
is contributing to the thyroid results. Energy-wise, I’ve been worse (which isn the sleep situation), but my weight, which was slowly dropping, has stalled, my hair is falling out, incredible give and I’ve got more brain fog again.

Prophylactic Prednisone
Or perhaps there are some folks who take a slightly larger dose after intense workouts or major
stress
situations. If one assumes that one is never totally "cured", the idea would be avoid a build up in inflammation that might go into runaway or flare mode if not appropriately managed. 😊

Lots of questions!
It has caused so much
stress
in the relationship because I feel like maybe he is using some hidden toy or whatever, paranoid right but he also won’t admit it happens. I can physically feel it on our bed and I can see his body shift and do weird positions it happens even when he’s awake.

Bad luck ! Newly Diagnosed
I am so happy to see lot of posts where the PKD was diagnosed in their 70s which is bad too but at least they lived major part of there life happily and
stress
free.

Digital Tests
The amount of digital tests I have bought that have either had an error, or caused me undue
stress
is ridiculous. And on this day they made my anxiety go through the roof ! Don’t read too much into the dates given & stick to the cheaper pink line variety’s for your own sanity 🙏🏼
