hypothyroid pins and needles in feet
I have been Hypo for 20+ years and since last winter I have pins and needle like pain in my feet. This is almost constant but becomes much worse when cold. Toes are cold to the touch and not pink. Dr has diagnosed Reynards but I’m not sure this is correct as it doesn’t appear in bursts. Does anyone

Seem to be stuck at 7.5mg
Hello my friends , I have been stuck at this dose for approaching 3 years . Sometimes going a little higher on sick days and throughout extremely stressful times. I’ve lost my Mum this year after years of caring , grief is a dreadful experience, the price we pay for love eh ! I only have to drop

So I think I have awful flu, body aches feeling sick the lot!😭 my baby is really congested and struggling too. Coughing badly after virus ...
Hi allI had a really nasty cold/cough which has left me with a bad cough and a flare up of asthma. Currently on holiday in India and although I am taking Fostair with a a couple of shots of ventolin inbetween, the cough is not dissipating. It's particularly bad at night. The pollution in India is bad

Lung nodule
I had a CT scan in hospital while being treated for pneumonia. I understand it could be due to infections or scaring in my lungs. It is also quite common (35%) for people to have these. I going back for an x ray in early January.

immunosuppressants and Covid vaccine
I was told by my nephrologist that I should wait 3 months to get the current Covid vaccine until my immunosuppressive medication (rituximab) wears off because I won’t mount a good response if I get it now. Has anyone been told similar advice?

'Fertility Solutions' DNA testing and consultation - and Andrology solutions personal experience please
Before I have another round of IVF/ICSI I think its important to check out male factor in my husband as we have two failed rounds behind us. I have enquired about Jonathan Ramsey and no appointments for three months. The consultation plus testing is in excess of 1,800. I am looking at fertility solutions

covid vaccination
Thankyou to everyone who replied to my previous post . Most people seem to be having the covid booster . It isn’t the initial jab that bothers me but what it’s doing long term . I had my last one in November and since then I’ve developed polymyalgia rheumatica, another auto immune disease . Who knows

IUI vs. IVF
Hi, Firstly let’s tell you a bit about mine and my OH’s situation. We’ve been TTC for 2 years, I’ve had an internal ultrasound, HyCoSy - all fine and clear. My AMH is normal and I have regular periods. My OH’s results are also all normal apart from low sperm count. so we’ve been told to go for IVF

Covid jab, to be or not to be
I really don't know what to think about the covid jab, i have had them all until now, but having contracted covid 4 weeks ago, and ended up feeling terrible, and even now i feel pretty dire, and it certainly heightened my depression, and so i do question if it's really worth bothering. Several people

late fertilisation of mature egg
I was told by our embryologist that only 3 of the 6 mature eggs collected were fertilised by ICSI on Sunday however today they’ve advised there are currently 4 embryos as one fertilised later? How can this happen if ICSI was being used and will that embryo have any chance of making it to day 5 for testing

My Stem Cell Journey so far.
Hi everyone just thought I’d share my experience of STC with you. I began the prep treatment over a week ago which consisted of a concoction of IV and oral meds. The day before transplant I had Total Body Irradiation - on the 31st I received “the gift” of stem cells from an anonymous donor 🙏. Im sorry

A question on breathing, possible long-covid ?
Strange thing, and need your help, just to see if anyone else has the same symptom, so Dec 2021, came down with covid, and then had a upper respiratory infection, which lasted around 4 months. During these months, I had wheezing, and at times very bad, but there was one other symptom, which I need

anxious about CAD - MRI result
Hi all, Does anyone know if a cardiac MRI would pick up coronary heart disease , or at least see some part of the arteries? I’m awaiting a CT scan with dye to look into CAD, but my consultant thinks it’s unlikely as I’m 32 , I am overweight and an ex-smoker so I do have some risk factors. My cardiac
