Diagnosing GCA after a few months on prednisolone.
I posted a couple of weeks ago and got some great feedback, so thanks to everyone who gave their advice! I'll try and keep this brief (and there's a more thorough explanation in the previous post if anyone is interested) - long story short, Mum had advanced kidney cancer and is also convinced she has

1 YEAR AFTER RADIOTHERAPY
As I control blood every 3 months, so I took it on January 8, 2021. PSA <0.014, testosterone 13.9 nmol / L. Am I cured now, how often should I control PSA, what are my chances of getting cancer back? I have 100 questions that may be difficult to answer. Do you have any advice? best regards

As per MyMiracle's WBRT journey, Im now at the 'cant get upstairs stage', muscle weakness and mobility are at rock bottom

Hello ladies! Merry Christmas and a very Happy 2021 to you all! 12/16 my oncologist talked to me about having IV chemo, because he was worried about “distant” cancer, because cancer was found in one sentinel lymph node. I had a total of 18 lymph nodes removed but there was only cancer in the lymph node

Running after cancer.
This is my second time using couch to 5k. Back in 2010 it helped me to lose 6 stone, and eventually to go on and run a marathon. Running was a huge part of my life for years. Then in 2019, at 40 years old I was diagnosed with cancer. 5 operations, chemo, radiotherapy and being admitted with sepsis

Post Radiation side effects
Hi all I’m curious, my dad was walking on a cane before radiation with frequent pain spells because the cancer spread to the bones particularly the femur head. After his radiation treatment, he’s been in so much pain and now requiring the wheelchair. It’s been 5 days since. Is this normal?

Non-Invasive Therapies
Hello All, I am new to this group and look forward to learning from experiences of others. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer the beginning of this month, and I am exploring non-invasive therapies as I want to avoid chemo, surgery, and most radiation therapies.
