Recurrence after radiation.
I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and completed radiation treatment in 2017. Recently my PSA number has increased to 2.4 and my urologist scheduled a pylarify test. The results identified two lymph nodes and the left seminal vessel as areas of concern. An appointment with an oncologist was scheduled

Cabergoline use in Treatment of Orgasmic Disfunction?
Anyone know anything about it, or used it? 2 years or so out from having a prostatectomy and subsequent radiation treatment. Can get erections, but orgasms not the same (besides the lack of ejaculation). Link to a study below: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4822480/

Help - my teeth are moving!
Hi lovely people A strange one to help your week-end along! The row of teeth in my bottom jaw have started to move. This has happened a few times in the past and has resulted in an abscess each time. The most recent infection was about 2y ago following radiation therapy for breast cancer. I was

AUS Effectiveness: Will it make you "Dry"
Was asked to repost this in this forum...I have USI (urinary stress incontinence) from my RP (Radical Prost) plus sRT (salvage radiation treatment)...leak about 25-50 gr per day...just enough to piss me off but my Dr says not enough to risk the 25% chance I have as a post-sRT patient of developing urethan

Relevant study comparing RP patients to men who choose watch and wait ? High quality studies?
It seems that most people would want to undergo a particular medical procedure only if there were proven benefits when compared to doing nothing and waiting for additional symptoms to appear before then moving ahead with medical treatments. With that in mind, while doing a search for something else PCa

Short Term or Long(er) Term ADT With Salvage RT
Hi all, Need thoughts on whether my physician is on the right track recommending only 6 months of ADT (Lupron). I'm early 60s and very fit. Just completed salvage radiation to PB and PLN and 6-month Lupron shot. Radiation therapy began 6 months following RALP. Happy to get off ADT (usual side effects

Wheelchair user and ADT

Hi, thank you for letting my husband and I join in… As I am trying to find information on how to deal with my husband’s sever plaque psoriasis, awful psoriasis flares after docetaxel chemotherapy infusion treatments and high glucose levels/numbers that seem to coincide with these extreme psoriasis flares

Chest Compression from Breast Implants Worsening Pleural Effusions?
I was surprised I couldn’t find any studies released to this. Obviously breast implants will not generally be the cause of pleural effusions, but if you develop pleural effusions from other causes, I would think it’s at least plausible that implants in irradiated areas where you’ve lost skin elasticity

hi I was told after having mammogram in May this year I had a lump in my breast. After tests found that it was a well contained cancer and hadn’t spread to my lymph nodes. So felt ok, lucky really not too bad. Lump was removed and two nodes. This was followed by a weeks radiotherapy and now 5 years

Attention Travelers on Pluvicto!
I was administered my first dose of Pluvicto on August 30. On September 15, I drove back from a trip to Thunder Bay, ON, Canada into Minnesota. At the Pigeon River border crossing, I was flagged due to tripping the radiation detector while I was in the car! After being asked what I did and bought
