Coldsores and L-lysine! Advice please ☺️
Hello lovely people, So I need some advice - I’ve got the worst cold sore and it just wont go away. I generally suffer from coldsores and usually get one or two a year. I used to take L-lysine vitamins from holland and barratt and found it helped keep them at bay. Since finding out I had a BFP I have

Hmmm! Finishing week 7 [UPDATED]
But I'd really like to :-) I've also made a doctors appointment for Wednesday to get it checked out, as I've discovered my GP, who has been treating my depression, is a specialist in dealing with

Cold sores and hypothyroidism
Hi there, I was wondering if anyone else feels really hypo when they have a cold sore? I have been feeling really back to normal but this morning I developed a cold sore and this afternoon I’m not feeling great - dizzy, jittery inside, like I do before my levels were sorted...is there a connection?

Cold sore and blood test
Right, so my blood test is due on Monday and I already had to postpone it due to fever which I had recently and today that blasted cold sore showed up (excuse my language), also my gums are yet again extremely sore and a bit swollen (nothing new). How likely will that affect my blood work? Obviously

Oral Ulcers
Hey, I've been in bed for a few days, I literally have no energy & feel wiped out. I spoke to my GP today about my reoccurring blood blisters in my mouth & oral ulcers & also a new lip blister that has popped & left a really raw patch of flesh. I feel like I have the flu, all my joint ache deeply

I appear to be getting slower and it posses 2 questions
I found a good
sports
physio ( who is now my personal trainer,) and my
injuries
came under control. During one 5k (together,) I managed sub 28 ....wow we. But the rest of this summer I am definitely getting slower, even tho I am injury free.My best was a sub 35 at Rothervalley (another flat run).

Weird joint pains and no clue what's wrong
At age 11, I gave up
sports
almost completely due to asthma and those constant
injuries
. Generally speaking I would say I am a very flexible person, which was probably why a doctor suggested Ehlers Danlos when I was 11, but that was never looked into again.

Cold sore leading to genital herpes?
I've recently discovered that I have a cold sore on my lip which I thought was a spot. I've had cold sores before, not very often, however this one didn't come up as mine usually do, it felt more like a spot. During the time it's been on my lip I've kissed, had sex and oral sex with my partner as I didn't

My husband has suffered with pain in his knees from
sports
injuries
, and now arthritic from it, for many years. Also has enlarged prostate, so tomatoes and broccoli are good for him. He would never be with his spuds, unless we were having pasta.

Health Anxiety
I have had an itchy lipline and a rash under my bottom lip and have convinced my Brian that I have oral herpes. I literally went to the doctor twice to make sure it's not that and they say it isn't but I keep believing I do. I have no cold sores at all. My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years
