Lithotripsy and Spinal Fusions

My name is Karen and I have a history of kidney stones. The last kidney stone was a 16 mm stone and took two lithotripsy's to break it up. I have also had a lumbar fusion L5 & S1 in 2001 and my latest x-ray showed a post surgical change in the Lumbosacral spine. This was noted from X-rays done between the latest lithotripsies. Does anybody know if the lithotripsy can cause damage to the implementation in the spine?
