Whatās next?
In November I had my first ICSI cycle which failed. I got 9 blastocysts and one put back so I have 8 in the freezer. I have an AMH of 43 and PCOS. I have never ever had a positive pregnancy test in over 2 years of trying. And I have never been pregnant before that either! Could I have some kind of implantation

A sh*t birthday
So I had EC on Friday 7th, it wasn't great as we only got 2 eggs despite me being on DHEA, ubiquinol and all the other normal pre-conception supplements for over 6 months (I have literally been rattling and not sure they've worked). Ive also lost over a stone (my bmi has always been in the normal anyway

Period pain after failed cycle
Hi all. As if it wasn't enough that I've failed this first round of ICSI, my period is really heavy and super painful! The cramps are coming in waves which i usually only get a day before and day of my period. I'm on day 2 and they aren't disappearing. I'm assuming this is to do with the progesterone

Lubion?
Hi all, Hope youāre all doing ok. Back after a bit of a break following our first ICSI cycle, which was unsuccessful. Will be starting hormones in Jan again to prep for a FET (will be putting two frozen embryos back in this time). Wanted to ask if anyone knew anything about lubion? Have been offered

2nd icsi cycle
Well I've had some ups and downs this time, my OH sperm was not as good as last time which is a shame as he has been trying so hard to improve it. Egg collection was on Wednesday which was excruciating managed to get 9 eggs. Luckily 7 have fertilized and we are now pushing onto blastocyst with a mixed

Sperm Production & the Pituitary Gland- Further tests
Hi, My husband and I have been trying for five years, and have recently completed our third round of ICSI, none of which resulted in a positive pregnancy test or any embryos surviving past day 3. My husband has a normal sperm count, but 100% are immotile and a very high proportion are abnormal. This

VITAMINS FOR FET
Hi folks I was just wondering do i still need to take all the vitamins I took for my fresh icsi. I took dhea and ubiquinol which I thought were for egg quality therefore unnecessary in a fet. I also took the pregnacare pre conception which I will continue, anything else anyone advises to prepare me

Follow up consultation has given me some hope
Met with the Dr today to understand why our first icsi cycle failed. She mentioned that our 4BB embroyo was very good quality itās just there is a 50/50 chance it implants. They have analysed my results/tests and decided I should do IVF Lite next. Anyone done this! Any tips? Thanks so much ladies xx

Transfer done. Embryo quality not brilliant so I'm not too hopeful.
Egg transfer went well (full bladder aside, it wasn't too bad but dignity is definitely left at the door!) I've got one grade 4CD embryo inside me and one that they may be able to freeze tomorrow. I'm feeling a bit down about the embryo quality. Had any one had a BFP with ICSI first time with a lower

Just back from my egg collection. After only getting 1 egg last time and with a low AMH im floored that we got 7 this time. I took DHEA for nearly 4 months so lets hope the quality is better too. And my DH's sample was good, so good they almost didnt do ICSI but im happy they were cautious and did it

WARNING *PICTURE *
This is Iris, she was born on Friday the 23rd on her original date the clinic gave us. Weighing 8lb. I thought long and hard before posting this as in the past seeing pictures for me was super difficult so I really do not want to offend or upset any. Just to say I know I was super super lucky to conceive

**Sensitive Post** canāt believe we did it!
Finally a BFP, naturally after 2.5 years. I am in complete and utter happy shock and wanted to write this post to give hope to others. My partner and I had been trying for over 2.5 years and recently had a failed ICSI cycle in July of this year with none to freeze. Our fertility issue was the male

About to start second try at IVF
Hi Everyone! Iām new to this forum and have been ttc for 4 years. We had self funded ICSI earlier this year which was unsuccessful. In the end we only had one poorly developed embryo which was inserted but did not take. Afterwards I didnāt feel myself at all and on reflection think I was mildly depressed
