My OH was put on a 10-day course for what the doc suspected was a viral infection or a bronchial reaction to Tamsulosin. Prednisolone - new member
my hubby never thought he’d be joining our Pred “gang”, but a trip to A&E yesterday (7 hours!!) showed that he’d either a bronchial reaction to the tamsulosin he was taking for his prostate, or he’s got a viral infection. He’s been prescribed 30mg for 10 days, which the doctor said would sort out either

6 months after MRI Guided SBRT at MSK
After a year and a half of Active Surveillance, my cancer progressed to GL 4+3 and I decided to have MRI Guided SBRT in August at Memorial Sloan Kettering in NYC under the care of Dr. Sean McBride. I had 5 sessions over 10 days and each lasted about an hour. The entire team at MSK was wonderful and

Hey all, mums chirosis continues to cause us fun each day. I’m now pretty much at the stage of forcing her to eat little and often as she is never hungry, and is never thirsty despite all of her lips cracking and her tounge swelling. When she drinks, it’s as though she is trying to swallow knives or

Fatigue after eating
Husband is getting very sleepy after all meals. His sugar is always below 100 when tested, he takes levothyroxine for low thyroid (waiting for over 2 weeks now on latest blood work and TSH results from PCP. *sigh* He's taking a statin (can't remember the name) and Tamsulosin. Current cancer treatment

Leg Pain
Hi all, not sure which group,to seek information from. I also belong to the arthritis group. Just to say the physio diagnosed arthritis nearly 6 weeks ago when things were not so bad. I have followed her exercises daily. All that’s happened is the pain is worse and the most awful pins and needles

Cialis duration after SBRT
I was prescribed Cialis as a possible protectant for radiation damage to blood vessels. I had a five session SBRT. A year out, I have few if any side effects. No erectile issues, but I’ve stayed on the Cialis on the assumption it might reduce future radiation damage. My research indicated ED started
