Little tablets 🎶

Going through the medicine routine this morning I found myself making up a song - If you want to sing along it’s to the tune of “Little boxes” 🎶

Little tablets in the pill box

Little tablets getting hard to swallow

Little tablets, five compartments

Little tablets every day

Little tablets in the morning

After breakfast, noon and dinner time

Little tablets in the evening

Little tablets before bed

There’s a white one and a blue one

There’s some red ones, lots of yellow ones

There’s the capsule brown and yellow

And the big one you can chew

There’s a Folpix, there’s a Ramipril

There is Sinemet, Atomoxetine,

Simvastatin, Fexofenadine

(That’s the big one that you chew)

There’s Citalopram for your mood swings Tamsulosin for nocturia

There’s the slow-release night-time Sinemet

(And two Senna for your p**!)

Please Stay Positive 🌻🌞💊

Oh yes, when my husband complains about me singing this, I blame it all on you 😅.

I am building up slowly to a performance of PSP Morning Coming Down.....just stage fright. But daughters are doing a half marathon in May for PSPA and I guess I better go public with a performance when they come to be raising money. You will be sorry!

Richard 🙂

I'd be more flattered than sorry. Looking forward to your performance.

Love it. You see how easy it is for the mind to wander. Just a reminder that February 29th is Worldwide Rare Disease Day - Tim

"Symptoms by the numbers" had me in big giggles Tim 😂 Let's get it trending tomorrow!

The PSPA used the video a couple of years ago on Worldwide Rare Disease Day. It's as relevant today as it was back then.
