Suspected Erythromelalgia - boiling red hands, began in early 2021. Urgent advice needed - feel very poorly
The consistent triggers seemed to be high
sodium
intake, exercise, high protein intake, heat/humidity, stress and lying down. I requested a referral to rheumatology, and if you’re not already aware the waiting lists on the NHS are very, very long. Was seen this year, 10th of August.

Low Blood Sodium When On BTK Inhibitors
Wondering if anyone has developed low
sodium
levels while on Acalabrutinib, Ibrutinib, or Zanubrutinib. We are told to drink plenty of water while on these medications. My
sodium
levels have been dropping over the last few months. I know this can be caused by many things.

Timing of XGeva & Radium 223.
My husband is due to start Radium 223 treatments at Stanford. His oncologist wants him to also start XGeva. The XGeva injections were postponed until after he had dental crown work done. He had an appointment for that on 2/6 which has been delayed because he tested + for Covid. His rescheduled appointment

daughter of stage iv patient here
He is also presenting with low
sodium
levels, I read this is a poor prognostic factor for cancer patients. What would have been helpful for you during your first appointment with the oncologist? I want to be as supportive for my dad as I possibly can.

B1/Thiamine dosing
I am following the b1 dosing protocol and keeping up on magnesium,
sodium
and potassium. I am curious about others who does with high levels of thiamine (200 mg or above): 1. Do you take oral or do injections? 2. What is your dosage? 3. Did you have trouble ramping up?

Cabazitaxel for dad
Hello all, looking for a bit of advice. My dad’s had 4 sessions of Radium 223 but is feeling generally tired, low energy and is losing weight and new small spots have appeared on a scan. Doc has now suggested no more Radium and trying Cabazitaxel now. He had enzalutamide but this stopped working too.

I stopped taking Laxido as it has made my IBS worse. The Dr has now given me buscopan taking 8 a day. Still cramping and diarrhoea. Has anyone taken imodium and buscopan together?

My husband has been in the hospital for a week. He had been struggling to eat and drink due to nausea. His oncologist had him come in and they gave him a liter of saline and sent him home. We are rural and live an hour from the oncologist and any hospitals. When we got home that evening, it took him
