Hello - So my third post ADT initiation (Lupron+Abi) PSA test is coming up and since it was <.1 six weeks ago, I asked how the criteria of “has stopped working” works -to my Hopkins MO and I got this - “We want to declare a therapy no longer effective when PSA is clearly going up. We look for 0.3

Today was a good day
My husband had his PSMA scan today and it was negative for mets!! I am so relieved! He also had his PSA tested today and no change since December. I feel like I can breathe for a moment. We also met with the radiation oncologist this morning to discuss brachytherapy boost and it was a very positive meeting

Does Immunotherapy cause Vasculitis?
Hi, my Mum had vasculitis in 2013 following a bad infection, she continues to take 5mg prednisone to this day.Sadly she has been diagnosed with a stage 2 tumor of the cecum which because of her age and frailty at 81 years old is suggested to be inoperable. Genetic testing reveals its a type of cancer

Weightlifting (machines) during SBRT?
(duplicate post) I am starting my five SBRT sessions tomorrow, April 29, 2024. I was not supposed to lift over ten pounds between my MRI/CT scan to locate my fiducials and my SBRT. I miss my workouts. Can I return to the gym with workouts on machines that isolate my muscle groups and avoid stress

My mum has been fighting this disease since 2016. At diagnosis she was high grade OC stage 3c. After initial surgery and chemo she was in remission for 5 years but unfortunately the beast returned in 2021 and since then she has been under constant treatment. Her last scan a few months back showed

Prostate Cancer Diet and Re-purposed Meds
I was just reading a post about Jane Mcclelland's protocol regarding her book, "How to starve cancer." She also added a second portion on a book re-released, with a Ferroptosis (death by iron) protocol. I thought the criticism to be amazing. Cancer is a baffling mystery, top scientist and great minds

Repeat Lutetium/ Pluvicto treatment
Hello all, I am just curious if anyone has experience doing additional lutetium treatments. I did three lutetium treatments from September 2021 to January 2022. My Denver oncologist is concerned about bone marrow toxicity , but he does not have enough experience with this treatment to say for sure.
