Remember that old song (love all those old songs - Andy Williams, Frank Sinatra, etc., etc - I could Have Danced all Night" but my legs go the wrong direction. "Just singing in the rain" - not anymore, it would start a flare up. It was fascination I know" of the never ending symptoms of MS!. "I Gotta Be Me" - good luck with that one, I cannot be ME anymore. "Love me tender, love me true" in spite of me yelling at you and metaphorsing into a stranger) Oh, back to my post. This is Silver, the cat (I say the because she doesn't allow herself to belong to anyone), totally fascinated, mesmerized by my new diffuser. Nothing else is helping, so bring on the essential oils to help my mood swings, insomnia, pain, cog fog. If I could only remember which one worked for what and what smell gags me. Yes I wrote it all down, but can't find my notes most of the time! Great gift from my daughter who wants to help any way she can - from a distance! She lives a 5 hour drive away, and she said that was a healthy distance! Gotta love your kids!

Ah, the old songs! They sure take on a different meaning when one has MS!
