Lazy bowel
Having been treated once for
Sibo
I continue to have problems and am taking glycerine suppository daily to keep, things moving a little. I have taken bisacodyl for 2 nights running in the hope of having a good clear out from the upper bowel. Nothing has happened. Is this normal.

Abdominal sounds due to gas
I tried OTC gas reliefs but nothing helps, I was tested positive for H.Pylori and cleared it with Antibiotics, then my doctor tested me positive for
SIBO
and prescribed me Rifaximin and since the symptoms persist he prescribed me metridonazole.

BAM and SIBO
Hey all I just had a call with my GP to ask for some tests for BAM and
SIBO
. My GPs response to BAM was that they don’t test for it - anyone else had this issue? For
SIBO
she said to try probiotics which they recommend for the treatment of it - anyone else had this too?

healing malabsorption possible?
so i've read about antibodies attacking parietal cells and IF, low acid,
SIBO
, H pylori and maybe the affect these have on b12 absorption. so the solution is to bypass the gut and get b12 in the blood via injection. this is far better then getting PA. but, has anyone looked into healing/treating the

Hashimoto’s but unintentional weight loss continues. Am I over medicated?
In the last 3 weeks I have stopped eating all grain as advised by my herbalist/functional medicine who suspects I am suffering from
SIBO
( waiting for breath test result). I am supplementing Vit D with K2 in liquid form. Also taking Magnesium.

Any help/advice welcome.Desperate.
I have gone and done a
SIBO
test, it came back negative. I go for a CT scan in 2 days, but I have a feeling it's going to come back normal as well. So I'm trying to pre prepare for an IBS diagnosis. Do any of these symptoms sounds like IBS?

Dr. Buchfuhrer Visit
I am also seeing a Gastroenterologist on Friday for a
SIBO
test, and I’m also experimenting with the low FODMAP diet. If the iron infusion doesn’t help, if I don’t have
SIBO
, and if the Horizant 1200mg doesn’t get me to where I would like to be, he wants to add in 1-2mg Neupro Patch daily.

SIBO
I am wondering if anyone had any experience with
SIBO
? I recently received the diagnosis. Did you find something that worked? That didn't work? How did you feel mentally before and after treatment?

The Fight Continues: Update - 8 Months Post Last Surgery
I’d like to hear for others who have endometriosis and have also been diagnosed with
SIBO
- how and where were you tested, how do you manage your diet, medication and what effective treatments you are on.

SIBO tests
I had a test for
SIBO
in Dec 2017 which was negative. My symptoms (bloating and gas) are worse now and I have been told
SIBO
tests are now more accurate & sophisticated than they were 3 yrs ago. Anyone know if it is worth having another test - anyone done this?

Could you pls help with my results? I don't know where to go from here...
Done a few endoscopy, barium swallow etc and what I know now is that I have hiatal hernia and
SIBO
and gut dysbiosis. I've been gluten and dairy free for a couple years now while trying to solve
SIBO
. So it was disappointing when my doc said although TSH is high the rest of result looks normal.

What can be done about foot pain/burning
They are trying to help me with my
SIBO
, which they say is related to the pernicious anemia problem. Makes sense. I have been on 3 different antibiotic regimens.... which have helped slightly, but I still have some pretty severe abdominal bloating.

Keto and IBS
I have tried FODMAPS,
SIBO
and Keto. I am still struggling with weight issues, I imagine from inflamtion. I have worked out 6 days a week since January 1 and barely any weightloss. I thought I might try Keto again. But I need clean keto, any suggestions would be welcomed :)

Small intestine bacterial overgrowth (
SIBO
) needs to be ruled out as a cause by fasting hydrogen breath test.
SIBO
will rob you of B12 along with other vitamins- the oil-based ones. It can be difficult to get rid of the bacteria (antibiotics).

Probiotics exacerbating restless legs
My best guess is that the probiotics settled in my small intestines and I have a lot of
SIBO
. But wondering it if's Serotonin or dopamine related. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is this common? Thanks.

Retrospective insights - Hypothyroidism
Then I developed
SIBO
and candida as a result. All of this happened as a result of my medication being lowered. I have been using Amy Myers products and food plans because of covid with great success.
