Well this is not so new. In fact B1 for relief of constipation was one of the first things I picked up from park_bear on joining this site.

But a detailed explanation is always in order.

And indeed, this piece with video included, helps one to better understand the linkage between the self reported benefits of Thiamine (Vitamin B1) supplementation: ‘increased hand swing’, ‘improved balance’ and ‘constipation relief’.
