Am having this problem of excessive abdominal sound which I feel due to excessive gas, the symptoms are better after passing gas or bowel movement, but sometimes the gas is just moving around making lots of noises and there is nothing I could do to relive it as they are trapped inside, my stool is also not properly formed and it’s slight yellowish.
I tried OTC gas reliefs but nothing helps, I was tested positive for H.Pylori and cleared it with Antibiotics, then my doctor tested me positive for SIBO and prescribed me Rifaximin and since the symptoms persist he prescribed me metridonazole.
I discontinued my treatment coz of COVID-19, all my levels were normal including vitamin b-12 and folic acid.
My symptoms worsen during meetings or in any other quiet environment, any recommendations to reduce intestinal gasses or to calm my intestines?

I believe borborygmus is very common, though perhaps more noticeable in your case. It may be less due to gas (which might explain why that medication doesn't work) and more to do with a rather noisy, but perfectly natural, peristalsis. Any sort of stress is likely to exacerbate it, but it may be completely harmless, just annoying. I wonder whether Buscopan might help, because it reduces intestinal spasms and slows things down a bit?
