My Bladder Cancer Update.
As I stand now I have my LAST BCG treatment this Thursday, that will be followed in six to eight weeks with a flexy cystoscopy. I am at moment Low Grade - If my cystoscopy shows a tumour, then I will have to go in overnight to have it removed, That would not mean back to High Grade necessarily .

Vaccinations and GSA
Flu jab today but turned down covid vaccination, I just do not trust it. I have been so I'll these past 3 years, a friend has vivid for the eighth time, my daughter 3 times myself twice. Heads or tails my mind said tails no thanks. Do you think it naive to believe everything we have been told.

Niraparib and vaccinations
Hello everyone. I’m on Niraparib 200mg a day. I’ve got a flu vaccination booked for this Saturday and a Covid vaccination booked for Monday. I’m now a bit unsure if I should have them this close together or leave a gap in between each. Has anyone got experience with this? ☺️

Shingles vaccine is now recommended in Australia for people aged ≥18 years who are immunocompromised
The Australian Government recently updated its advice about vaccination against
shingles
. The bad news is that the only
vaccine
funded through the National Immunisation Program is still Zostavax. [i]"Zostavax® is funded under the National Immunisation Program (NIP) at 70 years of age.

Flu vaccine
I was diagnosed last year with Afib, still waiting for cardiologist appointment after 9 months, hence I don't much know what I'm doing. Does anyone know if having a flu jab will affect my afib,or bring on an episode.

Thoughts on Chickenpox
I was with my daughter and grandson this morning and she mentioned Chickenpox was going around. A bit worrying I thought, so best take evasive action having had shingles a few years ago. Reading the NHS website it states shingles cannot be caught from Chickenpox, however I wonder if that includes

Shingrix replies
It seems the consensus is that it’s far better to have the
vaccine
than risk getting a severe bout of
shingles
!Even if you do experience some side effects. I will go ahead and book with GP.

Taking hydroxychloroquine but I’ve just found out that I cannot get the Autumn Covid booster with my GP
I booked my flu jab this morning and was told I was no longer eligible for an autumn Covid booster, which I thought odd as I was always invited early for other Covid jabs as well as being offered anti viral meds, if needed. Does this sound right to you? I am only taking hydroxychloquine and am just

Shingrix vaccine and graves
hi, I was diagnosed with graves a year ago and after 11 months of carbimazole I have been taken off with a view I might be in remission. Is it risky to have vaccines like Shingrix, is it likely to cause a flare up? Same applies to covid and flu vaccines. I cannot get a straight answer anywhere and specialist
