As I stand now I have my LAST BCG treatment this Thursday, that will be followed in six to eight weeks with a flexy cystoscopy.
I am at moment Low Grade - If my cystoscopy shows a tumour, then I will have to go in overnight to have it removed, That would not mean back to High Grade necessarily .
They would take a biosy from the bladder tumour site -That would show whether the cells are high or low grade.
I am hoping there will be no tumour, I think probably not, but several at once can return, that is not certain and would not matter so long as bladder site remain low grade cells, which I think they will.
One thing sowed a scene of doubt - I was talking to my dedicated cancer nurse and mentioned the BCG had worked for me,. She looked and cautioned probably but wait and see.
That's where I am at moment, LOW GRADE unless anything changes,. I thing with this BCG I am having now, I will be OK - Thursday is the last and and I will have flexy systosopys every four month ago,
If any tumours do appear - They will take them and if clear, NO BCG will be needed - That I hope is my future Cystoscopy's to check and if I remain clear. the cystoscopy;s will go less.
In fact this last BCG after me tolerating them well, did make me a bit off for a couple of days. I REMAIN OPTIMISTIC.
I am posting a Collage I made ogshanging baskits and a couple of troughs - Not got in the mane garden to wet.

Do remain optimistic Ern, it’s the best way to be. You are doing well and the BCG has worked I’m sure.
I too am remaining optimistic as all went well today. It seems every four months is the way forward and l have Portsmouth to look forward to in October.
You’re an inspiration so let’s go onward together. Xxxx❤️👍
Thank you for your post Carole. I will stay optimistic, I am like that. When I was diagnosed in July 21 - I saw my tumour and becase he said it was early, I was strangely happy with that. I am lucky, I just have a 5 mile drive to hospital. if I need a ridgid Cystosopy, then you are not allowed to drive home. I think after all the previous delays Carole. I will be sent for in July or Early August,,
Thank you.I love baskets and troughs - Fill them with Fuchsias, Petunia and Geraniums. Started these early so tehy may finish end of August, if so will fill them full of Violas .xxx
hoping you can remain optimistic and everything goes well for you on Thursday. Hopefully this treatment is working well. Thank you for sharing your beautiful flowers.
Thank you HH - I am an optimist by nature, just one small remark made me a bit wary, but I finish my BCG this Thursday, and they a six to eight wait for cystoscopy, in my favour HH my BC is now low grade. Thank you I like containers , just as well to wet for garden.
Good luck, isn't it wonderful what they can do nowadays. As you know I was very lucky and didn't have bladder cancer in the end.I'm off for a knee replacement next week followed by another one 🤞 early next year and then my shoulder. As I already have a hip replacement I think i'm going to change my name to the Bionic Woman 🤣
So pleased that the news you have received Ern007 is as good as you probably could have hoped for. Just hope 🙏 it continues to be low grade. Take care my friend. Brian
Beautiful baskets Ern , I haven’t done mine this year unfortunately, haven’t had the energy so I bought some artificial ones which look pretty but not as nice as the real thing. I hope everything goes smoothly for you and your results are clear. Crossing everything for you.
This all sounds good Ern and am pleased for you. You keep that positive nature and you won't go far wrong. Nice to see your colourful flowers they cheer me up no end x
All the best for Thursday Ern. Fingers crossed for you that everything goes really well. Good for you , remaining optimistic. A positive attitude makes all the difference. I will be thinking of you thursday and wishing you a good outcome. ❤️ issy xx
Good luck tommorow. xx Your garden display is mighty fine. Great looking grass. We are having help removing a lot of moss. Rain and more rain not helped. xx
Thank you katie - I have been in garden and cutting my Bamboo which has just thrown new shoots, I managed to break the biggest though, Nice weather for a change.
Great news Ern, it sounds optimistic and hope all goes well tomorrow. I think having positive mental attitude is like having a booster added to your meds and care. Your flowers are beautiful, such lovely colours. Sending lots of best wishes xxxJoy
Thank you joy - I finish my BCG tomorrow, and then in a few weeks they will have a look to be sure everything is still fine. I had a surprise letter this morning asking me to turn up in a place mikes away, I said no and I can go to my local hospital, I will probablt post about it later. Loads of wishes to you Joy xxx
I can't understand why appointments staff think you'd find it easier to get to a place miles away when you can get it done close to home?? There used to be an expression many moons ago KISS - 'keep it simple stupid' it helps things flow much more easily and is less likely to create problems. It used to be the patient comes first but I think in some areas that mind thought has got lost. Hubby and I both have COVID (caught in a private hospital doing NHS cataract surgery). As hubby is clinically vulnerable we contacted surgery about antivirals. Couldn't believe it when they said in Dorset there's only one surgery that can authorise these. I thought crumbs I hope it's not rural Dorset. Fortunately it was a few miles away, but telecall was all that was needed and the GP said Cliff needed IV infusion because he's on so many regular meds that clash with the antiviral tablets. Treatment given in hospital 3 miles away, Cliff the only patient and two nurses to look after him. Just hope it soon kicks in. Look forward to reading your post and more lovely pictures xx Joy
I can't understand why a lung specialist wants me to have a scan at all. Really is a puzzle, I have had this before.
It was so bad luck you both having COVID, reminds me what happened winter of 2022.
They kept postponing my procedure they hey it was on a year late, Me and Anne both got Covid so I had to cancel, to be fair they got me an appointment quick, for once - You could not make this up, thry phoned me up. the surgeon had Covid and had to be cancelled, I hope your hubby is better soon, bad luck that,
I am posting a space one tonight, not everones cup of tea, best ones at weekend.
